Bicycle Mail Order Company. www.pricepoint.com. They just revamped their website. They have some neat features, including the "bargain basement" with one offs, etc. Overall, their selection on MTB is good, road parts fair. If they have what I want their price is the best and if not, they will match it. I have yet to see a company beat their customer service or shipping speed. (I always get my orders in 3 or 4 days, UPS ground, from CA to the midwest). My choices,among the most well known outfits depending upon specials deals? PRICEPOINT #1, NASHBAR #2, PERFORMANCE #3, JENSEN #4, SUPERGO #5.

Price Point is the best place online to get whatever MTB stuff you need. They always have what you're looking for, and they always have the best price. No questions. I love shopping at Price Point.

I ordered 5 items which were best-priced and shipped on time. I will shop there again. This is my first experience with price point and I'm pleased with their service.

I live on the East Coast and these guys always ship to me on time and I love being able to track my stuff across the country. Their customer service is excellent as are the sales guys who can always answer my questions without any problems. I plan to keep on using Pricepoint as my main parts dealer because of their service and prices.

Yes, you will find great prices just make sure you arent going to return anything!  Dealing with my second return with them now and it's not very fun nor was the first.  My packaged was delivered (and signed) to them a week ago and they dont seem to know where it went.  Kinda funny cause they misplaced my items 3 months ago during a return and I dealt with the same headache trying to get my exchange done.  We all hate returning stuff as it is, Pricepoint makes it 10 times worse not to mention is costs us more money!!  Buy it some where else if your not sure it's going to fit!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...........

I PURCHASED A $224 RACE FACE DEUS X CRANKSET I RODE IT ONCE AND NOTICED A PROBLEM. THE CHAINRINGS WERE OUT OF TRUE.

PRICE POINT SAID THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS CRANKSET AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK AND WAIT WHILE THEY SENT IT TO RACE FACE FOR REPAIR.

THIS WOULD TAKE 1-3 MONTHS. I THEN ASKED FOR EITHER A SWAP OR STORE CREDIT. THEY SAID NO. I WOULD HAVE TO BE WITHOUT MY BIKE FOR THE REST OF OUR RIDING SEASON.

I HAVE BOUGHT FROM PRICE POINT FOR 5 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. BUT THE TEST OF A COMPANY IS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM.

PRICE POINT HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE SAVINGS DO NOT MAKE UP FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO RIDE YOUR BIKE FOR 3 MONTHS.

Ordered some new DH parts and everything came out great. At first I was skeptical about ordering from a shop that's not really know for DH and Fr parts but the I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived with out a hitch. I guess Price isn't the only point! no pun intended :-} Yes I would order from this site again and I would recommend it as top notch. The only thing that could be better is if they were to update the site. Their site has an old school feel to it. It needs to be a little edgier and up to day.

I ordered a bunch of parts from Pricepoint & read through the tech library. The most I’ve ever done is change the tires and tubes, so this was a major deal for me. But Pricepoint has provided all the info to make it easy to find products and to see what is compatible. Part of the deal is also the great prices fast shipping and packaging with out that I wouldn’t have been able to resurrect my old bike from the grave. Thanks to Pricepoint I’m back up and riding again. I will be letting everyone I come in contact with to shop Pricepoint.

Price Point consistently has good, competitive pricing
and good customer service. Overall Price Point is one of the better on-line cycling stores.

Always found this guys to be the lowest prices on the web and if they aren't they are always able to price match. I have shopped with them for 3 years now and will pretty much stay with them.

After searching for the best price on a Fox 40RC2 I came across Price Point and they offer it with a *FREE* Diabolus stem and Bar. They sell that for 100+.

I called them up and received a few tips on the install. While I was there I picked up a Diabolus crankset for 260 which is awesome. My order showed up a few days later as promised without a hitch. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago for 26inch wheels. Called to check on order after the 1st week, was told that my exp date on cc was incorrect. (I had to call THEM to find out this) from there waited another week. Was told by UPS that they could not deliver on actual delivery date due to "adverse weather condition" - we live in CT and its been sunny and mild all week. Finally my order arrives and guess what...the wheels were completely different from what I had ordered. Another call to Price Point only to be told they would email a return label for the wrong wheels and were told they would ship out the ones I ordered. Waited...waited...waited for the email with the shipping label in it. After much time spent waiting, I called the company back and basically told them just to cancel my order and send me the stinking return label and that I will order from a more competent company.
Sure they are cheap outfit to buy parts from, but what a freaking pain in the *** they are to deal with a screw up, that was their screw up to begin with.

I bought two bike lights from Pricepoint, and after using them for a little while realized that something was up with one of them. It would sometimes cut out for no reason while I was riding, even with a full battery. I tried fixing it myself, but had no luck. I contacted Customer Service and described the problem, and they got back to me the same day and told me to send it in and they would replace it. I didn't have the original packaging or the receipt, and I had been using the light for about a month and a half at this point, but they sent me a new one right away, and it works great.
