I called they were tremendous on an overnight order...for a very important client....definately will order again!!!..They did everything possible to get my order out overnight and I called late in the day...updated tracking the next day...

They were very help full in selecting a projector / screen combo for my home theater. I ordered the projector one afternoon and they shipped it the same day. I found my projector for $70 less and they price matched it with no trouble. Overall, I had a good shopping experience with them.

Purchased a Benq PB6200. Good product , not the best, . Works well for High Def but the Lumens are too low for dim lighting (excellent High Def results in a totally dark room). Wanted to trade it in within a week through the uptrade program but ran into interference from the sales rep(restocking fees). Will eventually have to recover my investment through on line auctions so I can get a better unit.
The sales reps were not very knowledgable and communications was very poor.
Shipment turnaround time was good but no email communication until a week later when I let them know several times I had not heard from them. The Tech support division was very helpful and knowledgeable. They should be selling this product, not a telephone sales rep!

Order was handled quickly and professionally. Projector (mit hd1000u) arrived in 3 days in a factory sealed carton. My rep, Stacey, followed up after it arrived and offered assistance if I needed it. One of the easiest over the phone
purchases I have ever made. No high pressure sales. Mitsubishi authorized dealer.

I worked with Rich Morgan - I spoke with him over five times before deciding on purchasing a Panasonic AE700 projector, Da-Lite screen and mount. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a number of options given my desires and home lighting set-up.
After placing the order, Rich was still right there - helpful, tracking down my order information and the like. All the products arrived before their estimated arrival date -- all products within seven days of ordering!
Also I had the need to call Projector People's technical support on a small color line issue. They were astute and offered a resolution that made a lot of sense.
On cost, I do think I could have gotten a lower price- I got a package deal but I bought just before a number of competitive projectors dropped in price.
Lastly, consider they have one of the best return policies - up to one week or four hours without any restocking fees.

A miserable experience

I called up with what I thought were innocuous questions about a couple of projectors that I wanted to buy. Apparently, there is a lot to read into questions like 'how does this projector do in ambient light' and 'what do I gain when I go from model x to model y?', because the sales rep was condescending, curt, and actually hung up on me!
It's amazing when you want to spend thousands of dollars on something and a business does everything in their power to discourage you. Ordering online is about more than a dealer sending what you asked for. It's what they do afterwards that matters as much as anything. I tried to imagine talking through a technical problem with this guy, shook my head, and took my business elsewhere.

Looked at several e-retailers for my projector. Price service and knowledge of the sales staff were very good. Suggestion of buying the projector first and choosing a screen later was great( will get a larger screen than planned) overall an excellent experience.

Highly Satisfied. Low price and and additional 2 year warranty included. Ordered a Projector and received it the next day as requested. Extremely nice people in the sales area. Very helpful-had a technical question and was immediately transferred to Technical Support. Another item I wanted was out of stock and I wanted to know how soon they would have some more. Since it was past business hours the stock people were not there, the sales person called back the next morning to give me the answer.

I recently purchased an HD DVD Player from these guys on a Friday afternoon. The player arrived the following Monday in perfect condition. They had the lowest price available at the time and their customer service was fantastic.
I received an email confirmation of my order within minutes of placing it. I received a follow up call confirming delivery shortly after UPS dropped it off. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I could not ask for more.
