REI is my favorite store. We live in a rural area and there is no REI store available for 150 miles. My shipment comes immediately, returns are easy and quickly posted to my account, quality is excellent, choices are fantastic. My husband and I have been members for multiple years and REI is so easy to navigate. I believe we have been a member since the early 70's. Great Job REI. i was referred to REI by a link at the site of the manufacturer of the product i was looking for -- Sigg. The overall shopping experience went very well with REI regarding the product i was looking for, the Sigg water bottle especially with how quickly i received the bottle. The only possible negative was that i was not able to purchase all of the Sigg products i wanted but that was likely due to limited supply available from the manufacturer. I didnt elect to use the ship-to-store service only because there is no REI outlet that is that close enough to me to warrant it. Read more
