With this order, I made deal with canaon rebel and 4GB memory as free item. I got canon but even after months i have not received my memory. it got cancelled without informing also. After doing multiple follow up i got 2GB replaced but that too not received.
So Overall Ritz Camera is good for sending actual ordered product you will get on time but deal item you might or might not get.
As a buyer, I will place many orders with ritz as i love to do a follow up. Opps I meant to say that I will never buy peeny dollar item as well with Ritz.

The website was easy to navigate,finding what I was looking for was very fast and it showed if the item was in stock and estimated shipping date was also supplied.The check out process was very quick.I recieved an E-Mail from them when my order shipped and tracking info was supplied.When I recieved the order the items were packed securly and in great shape.I would definetly order from them again.

I purchased this product on line. The local ritz manager did not show up for the appointment we agreed upon the day before. The store is 20 miles from our home, and did not want to drive back to the store. The on line experience was as we had hoped it would be.

POOR!!! I placed order on line. At no time did the order tell me the camera was backordered. I paid extra for expeditied shipping. After a phone call to on line support, I cancelled the order. I would never again order from Ritz.com

The item arrived within a reasonable time. After following all instructions in the owners manual I turned the unit on and it did not operate. Ritz camera referred me to the manufacturer. Belkins customer service said the unit had arrived "Dead on Arrival" and referred me back to Rita Camera. Two weeks and numerous phone calls after the unit was delivered I finally received a RMA. It took another 2 weeks and several more calls to finally receive a credit on my card. Not only was the service after delivery very poor, but the representatives has such a heavy accent that I had a very difficult time understanding them on the telephone. I can understand that an item can be defective and that is probably not within the retailers control but the poor support after notification of a defective product is inexcusabel.

They offered a printer that was incompatible with the camera to print pictures from unless you had a PC. This was a gift for my parents whom do not own a PC and I was told that I could not receive a printer that just hooked up to the camera since that was not the offer! How stupid is that--a little misleading and I am completely dissatisfied with RITZ. I was so upset for my parents -- no thanks to RITZ for offering anything for the inconvenience that they had provided so well.

The customer service at Ritz Camera was better than excellent. The merchandise arrived well packaged and on time, and they seemed to be almost more concerned than I was that would happen. Their people were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and they followed up accordingly. It is only slightly annoying that their advertised rebate coupon needs to be redeemed rather than being applied to the initial purchase, but it is an understandable complication.
