I'm in NZ and lots of great Region 1 dvds don't get released here. After looking round for a while trying to find somewhere to buy region 1 dvds, I chose secondspin.com. I would never use them again!!!! The dvds have not arrived and I have serious doubts that they ever will. I have written multiple emails to them and I have never heard back. I don't know if other international buyers have had this problem, but I won't be going near their site again.

A great place to shop unless you have to call the orders/customer service 1-800 line. The man that answers the line won't give you his name and is very surly, short and unhelpful. Emails over order/credit card problems are not even acknowledged. This is no longer the store that I used to do business with for so many years. Something is definitely broken there and its a real shame.
