Compared to prices in Australia, Sierra is exceptional value, even with the current exchange rate. The colours or sizes which I would like are not always available, but with a clearance store, this is expected and not a problem.
The only downside is the postage cost to Australia, but I understand that this is being looked at. When the exchange rate is high, it is easier to justify the postage charge. I certainly would purchase more with a more favourable charge. However, I must say that the delivery time is exceptional.
I do look at the customer reviews and these are very helpful
when deciding between items. I have not yet had any items
which are poorly made or badly fitting. I am so happy with my latest purchase that I intend to buy additional items of the same thing.

The product descriptions could be better. For example, I purchased shoes that definitely ran large. It would have saved both the merchant and me the trouble of exchanging them if this had been indicated.
While browsing the site the other day, I noticed a laptop sleeve for sale but no indication what size laptop it would fit.
