This is the best store for dog products, online or offline. They carry a unique line of very high-quality products.

The best treat EVER for any dog is the Macho Stix, and as far as I know, they cannot be found anywhere else. They're expensive, but if your dog is picky about chewy things like my collie, and you would like a healthier alternative to rawhide chews, Macho Stix are the ticket! Dogs absolutely love them (I've given them to other dogs as gifts, and they seem to love them as much as my dog too).

I also love that this store sells unscented, heavy-duty (and relatively inexpensive) poop pick-up bags. They are the best pickup bags we've ever used (compared to the small flimsy ones available at other pet stores).

This is, hands down, one of the BEST pet websites (or stores!) I've ever found. Their products are high quality, they've tested everything on their own dogs, they have hard-to-find products, there are healthy alternatives, their prices are great, and they always deliver on time! They also offer good reviews and information about the products themselves, to help you make the best selection for your dog.

On top of that, whenever I've sent them comments or feedback I always receive a personal email response.

Seriously, if you have a dog this website is an incredible destination. They also have a once-a-month newsletter which you can subscribe to (they kindly DON'T flood your mailbox), which shows sales and new products, and will tell you the "secret code” you can use to get discounts on your orders every week! ;-) They also have a whole slew of discussion boards where dog-lovers chat and share advice, information and experiences. This is your one-stop-dog-shop!!

I have recommended this site to EVERYONE I know who has a dog... once you're there you'll never regret it. These are truly dog people, and I cannot recommend this site highly enough.

The most dependable service I have ever experienced when shopping on the Internet.

My little old dog is the happiest clam - I purchased fish treats for dogs - and she comes to beg for treats on a daily basis.

I recently bought a dog fleece from sitstay.com and when I tried it on my dog it was too large, so we returned it.  However, I recently got an e-mail from them saying it was impossible for them to take it back because it was too 'hairy'.  My dog had it on for approximately 2 minutes to try on for size.

I would imagine that at any regular pet store and your pet tries on a fleece, and if it doesn't fit (and he happened to have gotten a couple of hairs on it because well, he's a dog), they will not make you buy it.  However, this is exactly what I experienced with sitstay.com.

TERRIBLE customer service, very rude and I will certainly not be purchasing from them again.  They never stated how many hairs on the fleece would qualify as 'too hairy'.  1 strand of hair?  5?  I see this as a manipulative plot not to allow you to return your items which is very unprofessional of the company.

A very carefully selected array of items - mostly for dogs. Some hard to find healthy treats and positive training tools. Great customer service and a pretty good shopping site. A very comprehensive list of links to all sorts of other pet sites of interest. Helpful discussion boards for everything from specific breeds, to training, to medical, diets...

A weekly discount on Tuesdays that is helpful. Since they carry quality items, they aren't always the least expensive.

They would not refund me for two dog coats that would not fit my dogs.  They claimed they were both full of dog hair and dog slobber which was not true by any means.  I will never do business with them again. 

Great customer service, fast email response, and chat available (A feature that they really use unlike other companies). I didn't get my products yet but they've been great getting back to me on my order changes. Great work!!

Okay inventory with slightly better than average prices but don't use to buy anything you might need to return.

Customer service is responsive when it comes to facilitating taking orders (i.e. getting your money) but extremely inflexible when it actually comes to servicing customer needs.
 
Misleading returns policy; will do anything to get out of refunding your money.  Donation policy for refunds is a scam preying on the good nature of pet owners (unwilling/unable to provide proof of donation).

SitStay.com gets a huge Dober Hooray from my pack. We've ordered everything from treats to crates and have always been happy with the items. They carry quality merchandise and deliver as promised. I especially like the emails from SitStay upon shipping, then again after your product should have been delivered. Thanks SitStay.com; we'll be ordering again soon.

I was very pleased with my first purchase from SitStay.com. My order was shipped promptly and I was able to track it online. I was also really impressed with a follow-up e-mail that I received the following day, noting that my order had been delivered -- in the many years that I've shopped online with various merchants, I've never received anything like that. It was a nice, above-and-beyond aspect to the purchase! SitStay.com offers a great selection of products and competitive prices; I found the best deal with them on the dog crate I was looking to buy. They also included a sample treat with my order, which my dog very much enjoyed. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience, will shop here again, and will happily recommend SitStay.com.

I ordered an item for a next day Saturday delivery and immediately sent an e-mail requesting confirmation stating that if this was not possible I would need to evaluate my alternatives.  The idea being that I really needed it by Saturday otherwise I was not interested in expedited delivery.  I received a response confirming my next day delivery.  When the item arrived on Monday (not Saturday), I entered into a lengthy e-mail communication (back and forth) on the Saturday delivery I had specifically requested.  Darcie (presumably Darcie Krueger the President of SitStay.com) not only did NOT offer any sort of apology for the inconvenience but also responded that my comments were "just a silly thing to say".  She closed her last communication by "maybe you should take your business somewhere else".  A simple apology always goes a long way and I never got it.  Furthermore, instead of trying to diffuse the situation Darcie chose to insult me. So much for quality customer service.  Bottom line: I think I will take my business somewhere else!

Have always gotten order quickly, been happy with merchandise, very satisfied with customer service, quickly resolved any issues, dogs love their products!
