I haven't had a problem with them. I have order from them several times. There website is easy to use and if you have a question you can call customer service and they answer your question, and they are very nice.

Easiest shopping for dog related merchandise I have ever experienced. I show dogs, so I buy a lot of stuff online since it is most convenient-- and I will go to Sit-Stay first from now on to see if they have what I am looking for, before I go to the companies that I usually order from on the web!

The experience was fine, however, I feel that the packaging was excessive and wasteful. A small padded envelope, or smaller box would have been sufficient, and possibly could have lowered the exorbitant shipping cost. The shipping cost could preclude me from purchasing this product online

I use only premium brands, and usually purchase my dog and cat food from local sources, but am frequently disappointed when some items are not carried, or are out-of-stock.
On a whim, I searched the internet for the brands I needed and found SitStay. I found EVERYTHING that I wanted, and more. The prices were fair, the site is easy to use and enjoyable. My items were well packed and shipped promptly.
Great site - wonderful experience. My pets and I are very happy with SitStay.
