Since my dog's chest measurement fit the medium caregory, that's what I ordered (20"). I was disappointed when SitStay wouldn't pay the postage for me to exchange it, as many merchants do. I felt like it was their fault since they never mentioned that the measurement across the dog's chest wass just as important in choosing the correct harness. If I had known this, I would have ordered the right one the first time. Read more

The shopping experience was fine. The fact that I am in Canada means additional contact due to unknown shipping costs, but I tried to pre-empt the problem by letting them know my shipping budget and they went ahead based on that, which I really appreciated. It meant my package got shipped sooner. Read more

SitStay has excellent customer service. Their confirmation emails are very helpful. Love the box it arrived in. Everything was ontime and great quality. It's quite easy to navigate, very convenient when you know exactly what you're looking for. I also like promo materials. For instance, De-shedding grooming tool, though it's fairly expensive ($40) works amazing! I never experienced anything like that. Picture on SitStay.com showing dog groomed by this tool is completely true. I wasn't satisfied with rabbit ears treats for dogs. My dog didn't like it a single bit, although SitStay.com placed only raving reviews about this product. I can't believe my dog is SOOOO finicky.
