The only problem I have with buying "stuff" (clothing, especially) online - is that I pay shipping - which is admittedly - for the most part - reasonable at 6.95. But in the case of a coat for which I paid 130. - when I had to return it because it did not fit, I not only paid shipping, but insurance, as well - or over 10.00. Which means I spent 17.00 for NOTHING! I am very satisfied with the way the credit was handled, however (promptly). I do enjoy the website. Read more

I have been with Smart Bargains for awhile, and have ordered quite alot of very good products, and will contiune to do so, It was just my mistake that I ordered the slipcover in a large size, according to the chart on the computer, When I placed it on the sofa, it was big, and I just wasn't happy with it.
