Even though they said they would ship it in 5 days it took more than that. Overall good I might buy it from Sony again. One of the product was not in stock and still they allowed the order to complete and it's not a grate idea. They don't give 20 percent discount on accessories when you make an error by not putting the discount code. think it's kind of bold. I will switch to some one else to buy accessories since Sony is hard headed. Others are much cheaper than them. Read more

The only negative, which surprised me was that I had trouble entering the personal information for payment and shipping. It would not take the information, kept taking me back to the same page to re-input it, but never told me why.
ie: dashes or no dashes when putting in credit card info?
when I finally got a message of what to put in and put it in, the other info was no longer there,which I didn't notice till after it didn't take the requested info. It was like being caught in some loop that was very hard to get out of. I don't expect this from a top notch company like Sony. Read more
