I bought a pair of NHT SB-2 speakers. Sound Distributors had the best price. Shipment of the speakers was fast and without problems. I read through tons of feedback on Sounddistributors before i bought from them and it seemed like the only issues were shipping related. UPS beat the crap out of my boxes, but the items were not harmed. My order was processed and shipped promptly. One item was not in stock and was ordered (it showed up 5 days after the others.) Eric responded immediately to emails and provided tracking #s.
There are many hand offs in ground shipping, so I could see it taking 2 weeks in some cases. But if you are patient, you get great prices.

The web site provide enough information and links about the products and their service to make an informed decision.  I purchased a small 2:1 home theater package from them because they offered the lowest price, no tax and no shipping.  And because they where an authorized dealer of Klipsch products.  The order arrived in 3 days and works great.  They kept me informed of the status of my purchased and even contacted me on a Sunday to say they needed a street address to deliver to and made the change to the order without delay.  They also sent an invoice by email the next day after I placed the order.

Great place to buy from. My order was very speedy, even faster than I had thought it would be. I actually missed the UPS man the first time he attempted to deliver. I buy many things on line, but speakers was something definitely new, especially a line I have never actually heard. I contacted Sound Distributors in search of Klipsch Reference IIIs when Eric Watson said he had something that sounded just as good if not better at 1/3 the cost. I was a bit skeptical, but he sent me links to reviews and other people that had purchased the Premiere Acoustics line. I had a lot of questions and each time Eric was prompt in his e-mails and phone calls. After I decided to purchase a set, one of the speaker was damaged in transit. Eric 2nd day aired a replacement part and I was able to fix the speaker without a hitch. As far as communication and support I would give Sound Distributors an A+ and would definite do business with again.

I ordered NHT M-6 speakers because of Sound Distributors' competitive price relative to other vendors. I placed my order late on June 20 and the speakers arrived in excellent condition on June 27. I viewed this to be very satisfactory service. However, be aware that for the lower price there is a tradeoff. The speakers may not be warranted by NHT. The serial numbers on the boxes were obliterated, and there was no warranty information included with the speakers. For the roughly $400 in savings, and given my past good experience with NHT products, I viewed this as a minimal risk. Based upon my experience, I would use Sound Distributors for a future purchase.

I was on a tight budget and wanted front towers I talked to Eric at Sound and he showed be the Premier line. They looked great in the picture - and Eric was great. I tried them. They look better in person and WOW do they sound great. I read the reviews out there and 100% agree. You will not find any system around 1k that will come close to the sound quality of these. I am 100% satisfied. Clear, crisp, clean and in my budget!! I highly recommend them. They blew away my old BOSE system.

Purchased a pair of NHT speakers, and was dismayed to find that the serial numbers had been cut off the box, and the speakers themselves. Called NHT and they informed me that Sound Distributors is not an authorized dealer...great price, but merchandise is questionable at best. Buyer beware.

I was watching the BIC Acoustech 6 auction on EBAY and decided to order directly from Sound Distributors without using ebay or payal. I talked with Eric and he knocked a few bucks off the cost and I ordered them. They system showed up 3 days later. The packaging was a little beat up UPS style but the speakers are well protected inside the boxes and look fantastic. I haven't had a chance to listen to them yet as the home theater room I am building isn't completed but I will say that I am pleased with the service from Sound Distributors.

These guys ship exactly what they advertise. They ship it fast, and they have good follow-up on the order by providing shipping confirmation and tracking numbers.

I researched as much as can be justified. I wanted (read: needed) a quality CC, but also didn't want to place a behemoth with a speaker platform on top of my new HDTV - The other challenge was that the top of my set is beveled somewhat - I had less than a 4 inch surface to work with. The TS441C fit the bill on all fronts: Quality, footprint size with the ability to sit on a slanted surface and still hold its place, and a reasonable price to top it off. Eric was great to work with - quick email communications. Decent delivery turnaround. NOTE: The speaker wire posts BARELY received a 14 AWG wire - you'd have a challenge with anything larger gauge. I'm pleased with the results I got from the TS441C; AND with SD online - will definitely buy from Eric again. You can know you're dealing with a reputable company when they place a note on an Infinity CC for several time the price ON THEIR OWN SITE that you would be better off with the Carver for $119 - very refreshing!

I ordered a pair of Klipsch speakers from SDOS mostly because they had the best price. The order was processed and the speakers were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, one of the speakers was making an odd kind of fluttering buzz on certain low frequencies. I sent the speaker back for repairs under the SDOS policy and was delighted at how quickly the repair was done and the speaker was returned to me in perfect working order. Eric Winston and his team really delivered on their guarantee and I'm now happily going deaf as I listen to 100dB+ concert hall sound from my Klipsch KB35's from Sound Distributors. Next time I'm looking for some new stereo gear, I'll definitely check SDOS first.

I went to Sound Distributors for two reasons: they were an authorized dealer for the product I bought (BIC Acoustech speaker), and they have great prices.

I ordered by web, and my order was processed the same day. Can't beat that! UPS delivery could have been faster, but that isn't SD's fault (except for being located in Nevada!). The speaker arrived in good shape and working order.

All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I must qualify this, though, by pointing out I haven't communicated with a human at SD; everything has been web/email and, as far as I can tell, fully automated. Of course, this is basically a good thing; I had no need for extra support! Everything worked as smoothly as it should.

Eric told me straight out if you don't like them return them. Eric also stated that not a single pair has been returned and I know first hand why! The sound is truly amazing. I started out with just the HT-65 center channel. It blew away my 12" 3 ways! To date I have the HT-65 center, (4) HT-75 towers, HT-8c Ceiling speakers and have just ordered the HT-63'surrounds. Does that tell you how satisfied I am??

Great service and lightning fast shipping. They were very good with helping me make my final purchase. The BIC Acoustech HT-8 in-wall system was better than systems that cost 2 to 3 times the money and use less power to drive more clean sound. One of the best in-wall speakers I have ever used at any price point!!!! The Acoustech H-100 has a very high dollar sound. It is very solid without being boomy but packs alot of impact for movie soundtracks. It to out performs subs that cost 2 to 3 times as much.

bought an Infinity Beta 6.1 system. the prices are unbeatable, my order shipped the next day, the quality is equal to what retailers in my area are charging hundreds of dollars more for. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for speakers or stereo equipment. I will buy from them again. the extremely low prices initially had me skeptical I must admit, but after the transaction, I'm extremely glad I went this route for my equipment.

I first called to see if the Acoustech H-100 subwoofer was in stock. The phone was immediately answered by Eric who confirmed it was in stock, that it was a new, sealed product, and that it was backed by the full factory warranty. I ordered online, and within an hour I received my sales order confirmation via e-mail. The next morning I received another e-mail from Eric confirming my order, and providing me with the UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date. The subwoofer arrived five business days later, just as promised. The process was quick, easy, and painless.

I purchased Infinity ERS-110 speakers from Sound Distributors Online Store and was pleased with the entire experience. Their price was the best I could find anywhere, the speakers came faster than I expected, they were exactly what I ordered and they work like a charm. I purchased a Klipsch RC35 center channel from this store. TWO months ago - Dec 2005, I sent the speaker in for repair. I made numerous phone calls about the status of my repair.

Finally, on 2/10/06, I called and was told the speaker was fixed and was shipped.

On 2/24, I had not received the speaker, so I called again. This time he told me to email him so he could send the tracking number. So I emailed him.

On 2/26, he finally replied to my email stating that the speaker had NOT been shipped and he needed my address. So I emailed my address. I also have left 4 phone calls on his answering machine. His website says they are open 8-5 Monday thru Sunday. Don't believe it, they don't even answer their phone.

This store has low prices but their aftermarket service is the non-existent.

TWO months and counting and I still don't have my repaired center channel.

A mistake. I don't recommend using this source. Initial good responses turned into a disaster. Product was shortshipped and in spite of "insured" shipment and a promise to refund loss, seller has given me the total run around. Ensure that the product is new and you find an authorized seller, this guy just doesn't do it. "Shipping tomorrow" means never.

Ordered a pair of speakers and had them returned due to missing serials and some malformed grille plugs.

I've been exchanging e-mails and calls with them for over 2 months, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The first time, they claimed that they didn't have my CC number on file and didn't tell me about it until a few e-mails later, which is strange. I eventually gave them my CC info again and they later claimed that my money was in the process of being refunded; I just had to wait for the money to clear their banks.

Well, too bad it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I e-mailed them about a week ago, and no response; I'll have to call to see how it turns out.

These guys are the best! I got a better deal with them than on a lower model at my local dealer. My speakers arrived on time. I live in the midwest, ordered them on Monday, and had them hooked up on Friday of the same week. They special-ordered one of the items (center channel) for the price we previously agreed on! It was on the mail before I expected! I bought a pair of Klipsch RF-82s and an RC-62. They sound awesome. They still need more time to break in, but I'm already extremely impressed with them. They even had the color/finish I wanted (the local dealer did not!) Make sure you inspect the box thoroughly when you receive it. Mine arrived with only minor scrapes, but it sure looks like those UPS guys test the packaging. If you don't see an item from the brands they sell on their website, just call or e-mail Eric. They are helpful, friendly, and most of all, very responsive! I will buy from them again! I plan to buy a sub and receiver from them in the near future.

Ordered a pair of Klipsch RF-15's from Sound Distributors. Their price was good, the ordered was filled as promised, and the speakers arrived in excellent condition. One box had some holes, but the UPS delivery man and I checked the speaker and it was fine. I had called to confirm that they actually had the speakers before ordering, and they did. Eric delivered as promised for the quoted price. I had originally sent an email to check prices, and they were sent with the priced quoted. If I had one constructive criticism it would be to order 3 day delivery, as it took exactly 1 week to get the speakers. UPS has not really satisfactorily answered why they took that long to get here, but they DID arrive on the day promised. I am pleased with this company and would order from them again.

After several calls to Eric Winston of Sound Distributors, I made my purchase of a Klipsch RF-35 Theater System. Eric was very accommodating, professional, and forthright. I finalized the purchase on Monday, December 17th, and received the entire shipment (6 boxes, 231 lbs.) on Friday morning, December 21st. All was perfect. Aside from the great service, Eric substituted the RS-35 speakers with RS-52's, then substituted the RW-12 woofer with the updated RW-12d digital woofer. This was all at the total price of $1999.00 and $100.00 shipping. Simply put, my buying experience with Sound Distributors was excellent. I'll be recommending Sound Distributors and Eric Winston to any/all who will be asking about my theater system, which I'm sure they will... 'cause it's Klipsch!

I checked out this website as I was looking for NHT speakers. They have a reference on their webpage saying they are listed at the Better Business Bureau, but when you look them up it says that they are not a member of the site and that they have an unsatisfactory rating. A bit reluctant to order Infinity speakers without listening to them, I talked with Eric about the limited return policy. His candid answers to questions provided me the confidence the speakers would indeed be first quality, in factory new condition. I placed an order for a pair of Beta 40s on a Saturday afternoon and was was completely amazed to find them delivered Las Vegas to Denver on Monday morning! I expected a 7-10 day delivery. Boxes were beat up, but the 50 lb speakers were in perfect condition. Best price and service on the Internet. I'd order again without hesitation from Sound Distributors. I received my order quickly. Sound Distributors communicates very well and quickly. The AIC speakers are a great choice for someone looking for good speakers at a reasonable price. The speakers came in their original boxes and were protected very well by the packaging.

I ordered Klipsch speakers and they arrived without damage. Box was double boxed. They answer their phone calls promptly, as well as their emails. They are listed with the Better Business Bureau and have a storefront too. From my experience, I highly reccommend them.
