Eric told me straight out if you don't like them return them. Eric also stated that not a single pair has been returned and I know first hand why! The sound is truly amazing. I started out with just the HT-65 center channel. It blew away my 12" 3 ways! To date I have the HT-65 center, (4) HT-75 towers, HT-8c Ceiling speakers and have just ordered the HT-63'surrounds. Does that tell you how satisfied I am??

Great service and lightning fast shipping. They were very good with helping me make my final purchase. The BIC Acoustech HT-8 in-wall system was better than systems that cost 2 to 3 times the money and use less power to drive more clean sound. One of the best in-wall speakers I have ever used at any price point!!!! The Acoustech H-100 has a very high dollar sound. It is very solid without being boomy but packs alot of impact for movie soundtracks. It to out performs subs that cost 2 to 3 times as much.

bought an Infinity Beta 6.1 system. the prices are unbeatable, my order shipped the next day, the quality is equal to what retailers in my area are charging hundreds of dollars more for. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for speakers or stereo equipment. I will buy from them again. the extremely low prices initially had me skeptical I must admit, but after the transaction, I'm extremely glad I went this route for my equipment.

I first called to see if the Acoustech H-100 subwoofer was in stock. The phone was immediately answered by Eric who confirmed it was in stock, that it was a new, sealed product, and that it was backed by the full factory warranty. I ordered online, and within an hour I received my sales order confirmation via e-mail. The next morning I received another e-mail from Eric confirming my order, and providing me with the UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date. The subwoofer arrived five business days later, just as promised. The process was quick, easy, and painless.

I purchased Infinity ERS-110 speakers from Sound Distributors Online Store and was pleased with the entire experience. Their price was the best I could find anywhere, the speakers came faster than I expected, they were exactly what I ordered and they work like a charm. This was a seamless and excellent online transaction and I would buy from Sound Distributors Online Store again.

I purchased a Klipsch RC35 center channel from this store. TWO months ago - Dec 2005, I sent the speaker in for repair. I made numerous phone calls about the status of my repair.

Finally, on 2/10/06, I called and was told the speaker was fixed and was shipped.

On 2/24, I had not received the speaker, so I called again. This time he told me to email him so he could send the tracking number. So I emailed him.

On 2/26, he finally replied to my email stating that the speaker had NOT been shipped and he needed my address. So I emailed my address. I also have left 4 phone calls on his answering machine. His website says they are open 8-5 Monday thru Sunday. Don't believe it, they don't even answer their phone.

This store has low prices but their aftermarket service is the non-existent.

TWO months and counting and I still don't have my repaired center channel.

A mistake. I don't recommend using this source. Initial good responses turned into a disaster. Product was shortshipped and in spite of "insured" shipment and a promise to refund loss, seller has given me the total run around. Ensure that the product is new and you find an authorized seller, this guy just doesn't do it. "Shipping tomorrow" means never.

Ordered a pair of speakers and had them returned due to missing serials and some malformed grille plugs.

I've been exchanging e-mails and calls with them for over 2 months, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The first time, they claimed that they didn't have my CC number on file and didn't tell me about it until a few e-mails later, which is strange. I eventually gave them my CC info again and they later claimed that my money was in the process of being refunded; I just had to wait for the money to clear their banks.

Well, too bad it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I e-mailed them about a week ago, and no response; I'll have to call to see how it turns out.

This is my first time to order home theater equipment from an on line distributor. I selected Sound Distributors because they published their location and phone number unlike many others. I checked with BBB and found favorable ratings. My order arrived exactly when they said it would and was in perfect condition. They were friendly and helpful on the phone.

These guys are the best! I got a better deal with them than on a lower model at my local dealer. My speakers arrived on time. I live in the midwest, ordered them on Monday, and had them hooked up on Friday of the same week. They special-ordered one of the items (center channel) for the price we previously agreed on! It was on the mail before I expected! I bought a pair of Klipsch RF-82s and an RC-62. They sound awesome. They still need more time to break in, but I'm already extremely impressed with them. They even had the color/finish I wanted (the local dealer did not!) Make sure you inspect the box thoroughly when you receive it. Mine arrived with only minor scrapes, but it sure looks like those UPS guys test the packaging. If you don't see an item from the brands they sell on their website, just call or e-mail Eric. They are helpful, friendly, and most of all, very responsive! I will buy from them again! I plan to buy a sub and receiver from them in the near future.

I was preparing myself for some typical high-pressure sales tactics when I called, but I got a concise bottom-line price quote. And it was good.
Order confirmation was immediate, tracking numbers followed in hours.
Delivery was as expected - the items I was told were in stock for shipment were in stock for shipment. One speaker was way-laid by UPS and they assisted in tracking it down immediately and informing me of the status.

Eric was great to work with from the start. Not only were his prices the best in the market he was also great to work with via email or on the phone. I was nervous at first to spend this much money with somebody out of state but after talking with Eric and reading his reviews I went ahead and did it. Things worked out great. Speakers were shipped and delivered when promised. Eric was willing to accomodate me returing a set of rear speakers for a different pair after I realized I would have trouble mounting them on my wall. I called a few local places and was told by one i would have had to pay a restocking fee and the other told me he would not accept the return. Needless to say, i was glad to have done business with Eric. I look forward to making new purchases in the future.
