I received a confirmation email very soon after my initial order. The email was sent personally by Eric and and covered all the necessary information. In fact, I responded to the email thanking them for their prompt service and Eric emailed back, as well. The tracking information was exact and my card was not charged until after the order had shipped. I received the speakers exactly when I was told I would and they arrived in perfect condition (beautiful) condition. I felt very comfortable with Sound Distributors as soon as I received a real email and not some generated confirmation. My speakers are great and sound even better. I plan on shopping here for more items...even if I have to pay a little more. I am a confirmed customer.

Wow! We've all heard it before - "We treat the customer right", but when you really get treated right, it's sometimes a shock. Eric has been a pleasure to do business with. The subwoofer arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and right when he said it would. And, no one beats his prices. I know; I've checked all over the web. Buy from Sound Distributors - you won't be disappointed.

Delivery took two weeks, but Sound Distributors advised there would be a one week delay and gave updates that were accurate. Speaker delivered was new as described and the price was the best available, $600 list price for $399

Plain and simple...they take care of business. I order, they ship what I ordered immediately! They can be trusted. No one likes to be Jerked around and from my experience this is of no concern with Sound Distributors. I have purchased speakers to outfit two home theatres all Klipsch. I lived in Las Vegas for 27 years and moved to the mid-west. I've dealt with these guys for 7-8 years. Eric has been very helpful and I feel you get what you see.
