I ordered a pair of Oakley Squares because they had a decent price and they were in stock. It took them 3 days to ship out my order, worst of all, they neglected to tell me there was a free 2-day shipping option on orders over $140. They didn't do anything to make it right. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Have used these people before, called to make sure was in stock before ordering, very nice and knowledgeable.

They are authorized dealers too. Real important if you want to keep your warranty

I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses, received a pair with defective lens, returned glasses. Delivery was confirmed on a Tuesday. I called customer service & they stated they do not process returns until Friday. Waited another week and called - the lines were both disconnected! Received no response to email. Had to call my credit card company & dispute the charge!
Unknown if this is related but this was a new credit card only used at 3 places & one was this merchant. My credit card number was stolen and numerous fraudulent charges were made on the card.

HORRIBLE service! I am EXTREMELY unhappy about my purchase with Sunglasses Internationale. I placed an order for lenses on Dec 14, and the product was listed as available. I paid for FedEx 2-day delivery, but the product didn't arrived until Dec 22 after I had purchased lenses from a local retailer. I sent numerous emails and placed many calls to customer service and never received a response. I emailed them in January to request an RMA# to return the lenses and have not heard back.

I placed the order for a sunglass which is shown available on their web site.  I received an-email after than that the item is on a back order.  Every day I call the company, the customer service would inform me that they should receive the item the next day and they will ship it the next day.  I heard the same message from them three times. They also charged my credit card without even has the item in their stock.  I will never order from this web site again. You need to call them to ensure that they have the item in their stock before you place your order.  Don't trust their web site and make the call.  For me, it is over.  It is not worth the $10 saving that they have for this item

Still have not received my sunglasses even though i got an email stating they've been shipped. It's been over two weeks and no one has called or emailed me back!!! I will never buy from that store again. I'm in the process of cancelling my order and going somewhere else.
