Bought a Sure-Fit cover for our couch. In one year and 2 months I've washed and hang-dried the cover twice. The cover itself is fine, but all the ties frayed at the ends and on one completely came un-stitched and frayed on the entire length of both long edges (of course it was one of the ties on the front). Called customer service and they said "Oh well. We'll give you 20% off the next one you buy." Like I'll be purchasing from them any time soon. Not bad, 2 months out of warranty and they've clean their hands of me.

I was shocked to receive an email from this company after I had returned a couple of the slipcovers which were never used and in the original packaging. The company told me that I was not entitled to a refund as it had been 30 days since I purchased the items. The best they could do was a credit to my account. After a few exchanges of emails between us, the company finally agreed to refund my credit account in full. On the order form, the company indicates that your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. However, the company does not indicate their full return policy until further in their literature. I would NEVER shop directly from this store again. After talking to a friend of mine, she had the exact same experience, but was not so fortunate to receive a full refund.
