Experience was not out of the ordinary for ordering shoes on line EXCEPT for the fact many companies do not make the customer pay for return shipping if the customer desires a refund (no matter what the cause for the refund). Since I have very hard to fit feet, I frequently send shoe back - more often than not. Because of that reason, I will direct future purchases to places that pay for return shipping, such as ZAPPOS.com. Thank you.

I got the shoes I wanted but the shipping time was far too long. If zappos had my size I would have ordered from them and gotten my shoes the next day with free shipping.

The boots I ordered were a little too big. The return and exchange was handled very quickly. The price of the boots had gone up in the interim, but a quick phone call allowed me to get the exchange boots at the same price. I was very impressed.
