DO NOT LIKE THE REBATE PROGRAM. IT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT TO CLAIM YOUR REBATES. I WOULD BUY A LOT MORE FROM THE COMPANY BUT HAVE TO WAIT FOR MONEY THAT IS TIED UP IN REBATE REFUNDS TO BE RETURNED. TIGERDIRECT NEEDS TO WORK OUT A COST CREDIT PROGRAM WITH THE MANUFACTURES AND TAKE THE BURDEN FROM THE END CONSUMER. THERE WOULD BE A LOT MORE ELECTRONIC ITEMS IN MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO MESS WITH THE REBATES. RIGHT NOW I AM WAITING FOR $210.00 IN REBATES

I ordered four items from different merchant the same day.The DVD's arrived first through regular mail. One other item is coming through regular mail will be here around 5/5/06. The other two items are coming Fedx and UPS have not received either of them. I did not get one DVD I ordered I guess it is coming later. I wasn't told what was going on with that DVD. I wasn't able to track this order at all. We have the poorest mail deliverly in the world I am very suprised these DVD's came regular mail and got here so fast.
