One of the few online merchants that I use. Usually has the best price of the 3 or 4 sites that I do buy from online. The only real thing I don't like is the amount of rebates, but everyone's doing that, so all-in-all one of the best places. I placed an order with TigerDirect because they have good products at great prices, with "same-day" shipping advertised on their banner. As of yet, my products haven't shipped. They told me there was a warehouse problem, but I had to call them to find this out! I have as of yet no firm date on the shipment of my order, and they have offered to do absolutely nothing to compensate me, let alone notify me of the problem and apologize. Very disappointed. I was very impressed with the speed at which I received my order. It only took 2 calendar days (and I did not even select express shipping!).
