one thing that confused me was my router and eTrust security were sent in one box, which was fine, but when shipped it only showed eTrust. This had me confused because I wasn't sure if both products were sent or not. Everything else was wonderful!

Would like to see rebates directly tied to the purchase instead of having to track them down and apply for them seperately.
Even the electronic rebates require the same form filling out and mailing as the standard rebate.
Not sure what we as customers are gaining by this?
If it's electronic then we should not have to mail anything!!
