I have had good results with several orders with Tiger Direct. However, my last order, a romtec trios, came with a rebate. Seven months later and I have heard nothing. Nada. No emails, no snailmail. I am just out my $30 and I am not happy. Rebates are scams, and much of what Tiger Direct sells involves them. I will not buy from them again. Their email responses were very unhelpful.

Delivery was fast. I ordered online Tiger Direct Online called me to verify that I had ordered the item. I was quoted one price online, when they shipped they charged me another price. I had to call several times to get the situation straight. Eventually they charged me the internet price. I was satisfied overall.

Bought a wd 200 gig harddrive with a so called $40 rebate through onrebate.com. Well trouble is they say i need a tracking # from onrebate.com. So i registered the wd200 to get the tracking # . I never receive one so emailed bought tiger n onrebate.com they say same thing register.DUH,,did that. So,i try to reregister, won't let me saying telephone# is already onfile .Click on link to have them send it again .Which i never get.
Come to find out tiger owns onrebate.com. Looks like a pretty good scam to me. Offer a rebate u never get to get u to make a purchase.
If i would of only google to check out tiger i wouldn't of bought from them .Or check the bbb online.

Avoid TigerDirect! I wish I had heeded the bad reviews this company has received (check out their ratings on resellerratings.com).

They sent me an expensive projector WITHOUT A LAMP! This component is expensive and they won't fix the situation. They lured me in with a good price, then sold me merchandise that had been tampered with.

Avoid doing business with this dishonest company!

Could not be more satisfied! Customer service called to verify order and did NOT try to sell anything else. This was a 'no pressure' buying experience. Correct item was delivered on time by a friendly delivery person who delivered to the second floor! Extremely satisfied with the product, the price and the experience considering how hesitant I was to purchase a plasma TV sight unseen on line. Tiger Direct has a new customer.

I am very impressed with the delivery speed. My order was ship the very first day. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I would definitely shop here again in the future and recommended it to friends.

We have ordered from them a few times over the years. Until this time there has been no problems other than I didn't think that their prices were all that great.

This time I ordered an item for a notebook computer. The item didn't work so I contacted Tiger Direct for a return and refund. Even though their item description SAID you could return it in 30 days, they told me differently when I contacted them. They said that they don't take returns on that item and to contact the manufacturer. I can't even get the manufacturer to talk to me. Tiger Direct will do nothing.

Maybe Tiger Direct hasnt' heard but there is a lot of competition out there for these products. I can definitely live without them. Low rating for them.

This is basically an update to a previous review of mine. When ordering a samsung flat panel television, the website says "in stock, order today, ships today". In fact, I even checked online the status of my order the day I ordered it, and they said it left their warehouse and was in the hands of a third party shipper. Do not believe any of it. I ordered it over a week ago and paid second day air. Still is not here. I called this morning and they said it was going to be shipped later this week and refused to refund the extra shipping, saying it is 2 days from whenever they decide to ship it. So, I just cancelled the entire order. If you need something in a timely manner, i would NOT recommend Tiger Direct.com.

As always, TigerDirect.com was very good, quick servise good quality, cool styles, cool colours,easy ordering, and i got my printer within two days.
