Tiger Direct Online Store

Ordered 2 printers on 2 orders, lost one order, shipped one could not be traced via UPS. Email I got said it was going to where the other order number was for. Still need 1 printer, not ordering from Tiger. Take my advice and order somewhere else.

Every ten years, I order from this firm, I suppose just to remind myself that I never should. Each time, they have effectively cheated me. Their product descriptions are highly misleading, and each time, my protest has been answered by a reference to a vague disclaimer on their home page, far from the page describing the item sold. I guess some purchases from them might turn out OK, but my experience has been 100% negative.

Beware Tiger. They have great pricing and a great website, but their back end systems stink. I have placed several orders and they consistently bill you more than what your shopping cart says is due. Then you are on the phone for a 3 - 5 calls trying to get your order credited. They promise the credit, but don't apply it to your account. I am done with them, and you should beware.

I never received an acknowledgement of my order. I did receive an e-mail when the product was shipped. However, it took two days for the company to ship the order. It was in 'review' for those two days. The shipping acknowledgement had a UPS tracking icon that does not work. Using the company web site, it took many steps to get to the point where I could track my order. Not the best system I have encountered in online purchasing.

Delivery Speed: Always Accurate and on time.
Order Accuracy: Always correct and never misleading.
Customer Service: All about the customer and making them happy. Never waivers from making the customer feel important.
Overall Satisfaction: Always a pleasure to order from!

Review: My husband ordered his barebone kit from Tigerdirect.com years ago and has been happy with it ever since. We just recently upgraded some of the components and we went back to them because we knew they were reliable. Excellent ordering system, and you can rely on their stock information!

Stylish clothes for boys and girls. Too many european brands:Ikks, Alphabet, Catimini, Jean Bourget, Marese, Me Too, etc...  So gorgeous clothes at affordable price!

Ordered a 17 Hyundai LCD monitor with a promised $50.00 rebate. When item was received UPC code had been removed from box. Contact with Tiger Direct and their onrebate outfit, said sorry but I cannot get $50.00 rebate without UPC code. I guess I can charge this to education and spread the word about Tiger Direct: POOR OUTFIT: My son said I should buy from NewEgg, might cost a little more, but they are reputable company.

Usely they are pretty good until you have to return an item for refund or exchange. It would take 3 working days for them to provide an prepaid shipping authorization before I can send the defected item back via UPS.

Great store with fantastic online and phone support. Follow-up purchase satisfaction was an added plus for this store. They also had the best price for the LCD I wanted.

Tiger Dirert, lets just say that if you shop some place else that you are a fool. Everything I have ever ordered from Tiger Direct get to me faster than I expect and on the 2 times that I had a problem Customer Service has been at it's best to fix the problem right away. I have made easily over 100 purchases from Tiger Direct and can say with confidence that I always get the best price from them.

I bought two items from Tiger Direct last July. I never received the items I paid for. I contacted Tiger Direct numerous times and received horrible customer service. After months of getting nowhere with this company I contacted my states attorney general and I'm now in the process of taking them to small claims court. They ripped off $400 hundred dollars from me. Never do businesses with this company they are horrible!!!!

Good sales service, but watch out for problems if they arise - referring people to other firms' "Support" 800 numbers is a cheap way of shirking after-sales services.

I'm buying computer related stuff from TigerDirect now and than. Probably 4 orders together. Site is easy to use. Descriptions are accurate. Orders always ships fast and on time. I've got a damaged software disk in last order. It was located near side of the box and was cracked during shipping. I've wrote them an email, and they send a new one the same day. Online shopping doesn't get any better, imo.

My Order was received on time. My fathers before expected delivery time. Products delivered were as described.
We found it easy to locate and order the products we desired.
Customer service was extremely helpfull & courteous.
We are very pleased with all orders placed with Tiger Direct.

I just read all the bad reviews for Tiger Direct. If I had come here first, I would never have done business with them....so I am GLAD that I did not read these reviews first. My overall satisfaction was excellent with Tiger Direct. Delivery cost and speed is average. Items ordered were as described. I like the ease of their web site. They sent me emails and kept me up to date on the shipping status of my items. I have ordered from them twice in the last six months and have been VERY happy with them both times. Some people may have bad experiences and may try to make the company appear worse than it really is. Just do your homework....know the product that you are ordering.....realize that it will take 7 to 10 days to get to you...and there should be no problems.
