BE AWARE!  I paid for two license plate frames on March 12, 2009. Traffic Talk informed me that my order was ready to ship. Then they dropped off the face of the earth. Despite my repeated emails asking for an updated shipping status there has been no response. Their phone goes unanswered (910-439-6235) and their toll-free number has been disconnected. This morning I called '411' in North Carolina, where they are located, and was told there is not a phone listing for Traffic Talk.  Dishonest business practice at its best!
At least I was smart enough to use PayPal and not give my credit card number directly to Traffic Talk. I have no doubt they would have stolen much more from me.
Take precaution because they might resurface under another name

I ordered 6 custom frames.
7 weeks later no frames.

I emailed no return response
I cancelled via visa card

I have waited for 2 weeks for my product. I tried to email them, came back undeliverable. I tried calling, the phone does nothing but ring.

I ordered a simple black license plate frame for my husband on November 12th. On my order I asked a specific question about the frame and gave my e-mail address for a speedy response. No response was given. After waiting four weeks for my product, I e-mailed customer care to find out how long it would be. No response was given, yet again. When I finally received my product on December 15th, it wasn't what I wanted. Hence the fact no one on their service team ever answered my question upon the placement of my order. Overall, I would not recommend Traffic Talk to anyone if  you would like personalized responses, speedy delivery, or what you order to meet your specifications. 
I suggested to the company that they hire extra hands during the holiday time to respond to customer care e-mails, ensuring both the proper completion of orders and happy customers. I almost called the credit card company and cancelled my order! 

I ordered a license plate frame over a month ago.

Still no frame. First 2 times I called, there was an answering machine. I left messages. No response.

Today the phone # just rings and rings, no response.

I am contacting my credit card company today.

Will also try the BBB in Mt. Gilead, NC.

I ordered a custom license plate frame. Never received the product, received no response after emailing 4 times and phone is a busy signal all day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!!

I too ordered from them and with the exception of their automated email acknowledging my order (and MONEY), I've never heard from them since.  Repeated email and phone calls go unanswered.  BBB rates them an F.

I *strongly* advise anyone who's ordered from them recently and have not received your order, to *cancel  your order via your credit card company immediately*.

Something very wrong has happened to that online store and it's highly unlikely you'll ever see your order.

I had ordered two different license plate frames from Traffic Talk and was very satisfied with my purchase.  I ordered a polka dot license plate frame for my wife's car and a fishing frame for my truck.  I received an e-mail one day later that said my order had shipped already, even though their web site said it takes 2-3 days to make.  The frames arrived and the wording I put on them was perfect.  My wife and I are very happy with our new frames.

I rate this company 5 star!  I'm a repeat customer too.  I placed my order on Monday, November 2, 2009 and received it on Friday, November 6, 2009.  I've never experienced such fast, reliable service.  And the license plates I ordered (3 of them) were perfect!!  I will be back again, and again, and again.  Their toll free number has not been available for several years, that is why some people can't get through.  They were EXTREMELY responsive to every email I sent to them.  In fact, I received an answer ususally within two hours of sending my email.  Please do not hesitate to order from this company, they really are the best!  The license plates are more beautiful in person than they were online and are exactly what I wanted. I have been ordering from Traffic Talk for over four years.
