Prompt attention to order, great communication regarding back orders and free shipping.  They had the best price, free shipping, and fast shipping when product came in to their warehouse.  I was very pleased in all respects and recommend this business highly.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for my horse products. I have purchased items from fly spray to bits to rat repellent. Their customer service is very friendly and they definitely give you reason to come back with all the wonderful sales they have quite often. I also love the fact that they have free shipping on any order over a certain amount. (I am not sure but believe it is $50.00) They also have a magazine they send with your purchase so you can skim through it when you are not on the computer. I would highly recommend
shopping there for all of your equine needs. The amount of products they have to choose from is amazing.

I use Valley Vet extensively for horse items and some dog items. Their free freight for orders over $50 is very attractive. Customer Service is excellent. Delivery is normally quick. I have never had a inaccurate order. One order did take a while due to back orders but came in good time. I usually order supplements, wormers, etc. from them and find their prices highly competitive on name brand products.

Here is the bottom line for pets/animals that need long-term daily meds (like Rimadyl): authentic medications, fantastic prices that average 50% less than my vet, great customer service, and amazingly fast shipping! If only they sold printers... (those "nice guys" from Brooklyn tell me it will arrive any day and would I like to purchase an extended warranty while I am on the phone?). Kudos to Valley Vet for surpassing the norm!

I've never actually shopped here before, but they advertised "free shipping" for the product I was searching for. However, once I entered the site, I found there was a $6.00 "handling" for orders under $60.00. I consider this a bit misleading. To me, shipping and handling are one in the same because both affect me equally. Shipping and handling charges are always noted on the same line at checkout, so saying "free" shipping then turning around and charging for handling is dishonest, in my opinion.

I bought 2 heated pet beds.  Right from the start, one of them didn't put out any heat.  Valley Vet was good about that one.. and exchanged it.  Unfortunately, within two weeks, neither of them were working.  This time, Valley Vet said I was on my own, and gave me the contact information for the manufacturer.. with whom I've made no progress.

It's my opinion that if you buy something that fails within 30 days, the seller should stand behind the product.  That isn't the case with Valley Vet.  Buyer Beware.
