Vanns.com is an excellent online store that delivers what it promises ! After being given the run-around by both PayLessPlasma (aka CouldntCareLessPlasma) and ShopDigitalOnline.com (many other names too so beware) I turned to Vanns.com for my LCD tv. The order was placed without problems and the tv was shipped the next day. I arrived exactly on time as promised. This store is a credit to the online shopping experience. Vann's the Man !!!

Vann's is a great place to shop. They have excellent prices and great service. Their web sight is very easy to navigate and easy to use. You can find what you are looking for without a problem. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to shop there again. I will also recommend them to my friends.

The web site was easy to navigate, delivery was less than a week, the box was packaged WITHOUT those nasty popcorn packing material (thanks!) and my overall satisfaction would be characterized as excellent. Their price was the lowest total price (which included the shipping charges) on Epinions.com. Would absolutely buy from them again. Five stars!

I ordered a Panasonic DMR-EH55 DVD burner from Vanns.com and had a great experience. It was exactly what I ordered, in original packaging and it arrived quickly.
I didn't require any further customer service. I will not hesitate to use Vanns again.

I purchased a Toshiba RD-XS35 digital video recorder from Vann's. Since this is a fairly technical piece of equipment to operate I called Vann's first to ask some basic technical questions about the DVR. They were helpful and helped convince me to order one of these. I checked the internet and Vann's had the most competitive price for this product. They not only had a competitive price, but they also had excellent, friendly service, and didn't charge shipping either. The DVR arrived two days after it was shipped. I also had a technical question about the DVR after I received it and Vann's were very helpful in giving me the technical support line for Toshiba. So far my shopping experience with Vann's has been very favorable.

Placed my order on a Friday, and received it on Monday! Rock bottom prices from an AUTHORIZED dealer, meaning that the manufacturer's warranty on their merchandise is valid, unlike many fly-by-night non authorized internet dealers. Great communication, with conformation emails and tracking numbers. You will not be sorry for trying Vann's...I will definately be a return customer.

It was just what I wanted for a great price. I was a little leery because I'd never dealt with Vann's before, and it was a pricey laptop I was buying for my daughter in college, but they were great. The order process was hassle-free. They had me call them to confirm that the order was on the up and up because it was being sent to a dorm in another city, which I liked. Delivery (I paid nothing extra) was a little quicker than they'd estimated. A very positive experience. I will definitely make a point of buying from them again.

This is my first purchase from Vann's...actually I purchased this item from two other N.Y. on-line stores and canceled them both, once I discovered Vann's. Vann's has been my ultimate on-line shopping experience. The products were delivered as promised, in the original unopened factory containers.

I purchased a 40" Samsung LCD HDTV (51D model)for $400 less than any of the traditional brick and mortar retailers and it came with a free Harmony remote!

Shipping was fast and free! Product arrived via Yellow freight in good condition. For those nervous about having an expensive item like this shipped, you should not worry. These items are packed such that only a fork lift piercing the unit will be a problem and that is easily noticeable if it happens so you just decline acceptance. If the exterior of the box looks good, you are good to go.

And Vann's spends a premium to have the unit delivered on the day that they say it will be delivered. Good job Vann's!

The top rated home theatre system was in stock and at the lowest price I could find, shipping on the hundred pound package was free and the unit was shipped immediately. Shopping was easy, painless and a good experience. I will be back if I have other needs.

I was looking for a digital camera to purchase on line and found it at the best price from Vanns.
In the past I had some bad experience trying to purchase cameras on line from other stores so I was hoping for a better one this time.
I was not disappointed ... Great customer service and great prices. I will come back again to shop from them.

I would never recommend doing business with this company. Shipping is incredibly slow and they do not offer a price guarantee. Within one week of placing my order I saw the same item for $125 less on Amazon. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't. I asked them to make-up the difference in price and they refused. I had to send 68 pounds worth of speakers back to Vanns and then order them from Amazon. I would consider this extremely bad customer service.

These guys are the best internet retail service that I have had the privilege of using. I ordered a Samsung 46" LCD TV from them on Saturday and it was up and running in my family room on the next Friday. It was delivered when they said, in first class condition and at a very competitive price. Their e-mail communications are top notch. You always know the status of your order and when I questioned the Free DVD offer that started the day after I ordered, well they threw that in as well. First class customer service. I'll be back!

Placed the order for my Samsung 42" plasma on a Thursday and it was on my doorstep the following Monday!! Plugged that badboy in and it works like a champ. I'm very impressed with their delivery time and their product. Their salesperson was not aggressive nor tried to sell me something outside of what I wanted. I will definitely shop here again and recommend them to friends and co-workers who are also looking to purchase an HDTV. I did my homework with the price and Vann's was by far the best. It was still $300 less than Circuit City's on sale price! 5 stars!!
