Caveat emptor - Buyer beware!

Ouch! This has got to be the worst company ever!
I'm going to keep this short and simple because I know that your time is precious, especially this time of year! Which is why I'm writing this - to keep someone from having a very unhappy holidays!
Thought everything was gonna be sweet with this company after seeing many positive reviews scattered around the web. However . . .
Ordered a large screen TV. Okay except that it arrived broken! Sent it back, next one had a major screen flaw. Customer service (an oxymoron and a moron of another sort as well) was terrible, to say the least. You would not believe the time wasted and the frustration. After dinking around with them I realized there was no way I was ever gonna give this company my money: A first-time customer became a never-again customer for Vann's.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop around!

I decided to order from Vann's after checking with Epinions. com, my online rating service of choice. They had the Sharp LCD flat screen TV that I wanted and cheaper than I could find anywhere and believe me I spent over a week researching this purchase. They had FREE SHIPPING, NO SALES TAX and a great bundle prince with a FREE PANASONIC DVD PLAYER. VANN'S shipped to my door about 3 days later. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SELLER. Have no fear these Montana folks know how to do good business.

I tried to order my video camera from 5 other internet stores. All of them did the bait and switch. Not Vann's they advertised a customer return special on a Panasonic DVR-M50 cd video camera. I took the chance and bought it. No call me to verify, no trying to sell me over priced stuff. Had a tracking number the next day. Two days later had my camera. Works perfectly. I will buy from them again. Thank you Vann's for being one of the very, very few honest business on the internet.

I could not be more impressed with Vanns. Not only did they have the best price, by far, for the high def TV I wanted, but they shipped it immediately. I accidentally entered an incorrect address for my credit card, and their fraud detection software caught it immediately. Customer service answered quickly, was friendly, and pulled my information up instantly. Their customer service is located in Missoula, not a foreign country or noisy call center.

I placed my order on Monday 10:00am, and had shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking number by Monday afternoon. I received system on Friday (Montana - Los Angeles). The Kenwood HTB-505 is exactly what I had ordered, excellent condition. I also needed speaker cables, and the sales rep didn't mislead me on that either, I got exactly what I needed. Overall, the price I paid is about $100 less than the nearest competitor. With free shipping I was suprised that the unit arrived as quickly as it did. I have, and will continue to shop at Vanns.com again. Thanks

I bought a Frigidaire air conditioner model FAA055P7A8 at Vanns. The air vents on this air conditioner rattle very bad and this air conditioner has a loud low vibration hum. I would not recommend this air conditioner. I noticed on my confirmation email that my address and city name were misspelled so I had to contact Fedex to make the correction and was told that they would have to relabel the box and my item would not be delivered on the date my email stated and it I ended up arriving two days late.

Purchased a Panasonic DVD-S97 without a hitch -- best price, and free shipping. Excellent packing, and I'm completely satisfied. They didn't have it in stock, so I requested notification when it got in -- they did that promptly. On top of that, there was free shipping thrown in. The item was sent to me all the way to Taiwan -- no damage, nothing missing. Done right from beginning to end.

I ordered two shelf speakers from Vanns.com on 12/15, as a Christmas present for my daughter. Placing the order on their site was very easy. Even though I wanted them for Christmas (I am a cheapskate), I used the free ground shipping option. I checked the package tracking and was skeptical to see a delivery date of 12/22. Was I surprised to actually get the delivery on 12/22. It was raining that day and the package was left on the front stoop in the rain. When I found it I figured the speakers would be ruined from the rain. Again I was surprised when I opened the box and found them, not only well, packed but dry. Needless to say I was very pleased with Vanns, for not only their price, but their service too. Thanks Vanns.

Perfect Plasma Purchase with Vann's

I ordered by Pioneer Elite 42" plasma from Vann's on Tuesday, was delivered to my house the next Monday. I was hesitant to buy a plasma from a Web retailer, but Vann's was great. Price and free shipping couldn't be beat. Timely email updates on shipment status. Box arrived via Yellow Freight without a single ding on it. Plasma is perfect and is highly recommended, as is Vann's. Very positive experience.

Best shopping for Audio Video

One of the best online shopping experience's I have had. I have never spent a large amount online.
I purchased the Samsung 5089s DLP television through Vanns. It was not available in the brick and mortar yet.
My purchase price was better than if I had bought the older model from a local big box store and they included a free DVD recorder. I was sold on the price.
Order processed quickly. Yellow trucking delivered. No problems at all was a great shopping experience.
Just a quick not also. They have a 15 day price match. I was a couple days over and I noticed that it was 100 dollars cheaper. I emailed them. Not complaining, just curious if I could get a price match. Was not going to be upset if I didn't get it. Just out of curiosity. Well they gave me 100 bucks off!
Would shop there again!
