WARNING!!!! Horrible Customer Service, Purchased over $2000 in products and paid for two day shipping. It took Vanns 6 days to ship the items and with the weekend the items did not come until 10 days after order. This is after they charged me $130 for shipping. Do not buy from them, complete rip off!!!!

We ordered a 46 inch flat screen TV. First time to order a TV online with considerable anxiety. Sales personnel were very knowledgeable and polite. TV shipped free and arrived in six days. Every thing was in perfect condition. Carrier has responsibility to ensure no visible damage or you do not accept package. Dealing with Vann's was such a pleasure that we turned around and ordered a second 32 inch for our bedroom. Highly recommend Vann's.

I tried to purchase from several web sites a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera as a gift, Vanns was the only one out of three that performed exactly as I asked, no hassels, exceptional service and dispatched the camera on the same day, I have only the highest regard for the company and will use them for a great more purchases.

Great price and customer service. Bought a Samsung 56 inch DLP TV at 5:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon and it was at my house first thing Tuesday morning via their standard (which was free) shipping. They will be the first place I look for my next electronics purchase.

The samsung 61 inch DLP was as described.  I call customer service once to check on delivery and they were very helpful. The TV arrived as expected and I was very satisfied with the delivery and with every part of the transaction with Vanns.  I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Everything went well, except I never received a shipment tracking number, even after calling CS. Shipment arrived sooner than estimated. Open box product was missing 2 cables, but otherwise OK.

As a customer I am very happy after dealing with vann first time. I bought sony laptop from them which was amazingly low priced compared to other online offers. Their sales representatives are very helpful and cooperative. After placing order they updated me thorough mail every time. The good think about them was before deducting the money from my account they verified with me. The packaging was magnificent. As a whole it is a very good experience.

Ordered two IPods on Tuesday and received them on Friday. They were packed very well and it would have taken a gorilla to damage them enroute. Their website provided prompt order confirmation and shipper information with Fedex tracking number. This was my first order from Vanns and they have provided me with excellent service during a very busy holiday season.

I ordered a digital slr camera. I ordered from Vanns because it had the best price (which was even better because no tax or shipping charges were added). The order arrived on time and was accurate. However, the packaging was inadequate--the order arrived in a box that was dented, torn, and not fully wrapped with packing tape. Also, the order arrived with a "bonus" item that is not compatible with anything that I ordered. Overall, I was satisfied to receive exactly what I ordered on the day that I expected it and for the best price I could find. I would order from Vanns again, but I would request that more attention be paid to the packaging of smaller items.

Having done a bunch of research on digital cameras, in my price range, I chose the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7. I visited Vanns.com and found that Panasonic had released a newer model (the DMC-FZ8) and Vann's had it in stock *and* on sale (same price as the older FZ7). I did a bit of checking around, saw some negative opinions here, but saw that the vast majority of reviews were positive. I ordered the camera after 12 noon MST and expected to see it -- according to their website -- the following Thursday. It arrived the very next day! WOW. My order was complete and packaged very well. So far so good -- I'm very happy with my purchase from Vanns.com.
