i purchased a jvc 61FH97. shipping through yellow was quick and vanns sent the product out within 24 hours. it was 77 cents above the lowest price including shipping and came with a free harmony remote or an upconverting dvd recorder for an extra $50. Called in twice to ask a few questions and reached someone immediately the first time and less than a minute the second time.

First time ordering with Vanns. Very pleased with the price and service. Placed order on Sunday at 11 AM and received item Wednesday. If that's not service, then I don't know what service is. Price was great along with the free shipping. I have them as one of my favorits and WILL be buying from the again. Thanks Vann's

Yesterday afternoon, I ordered a Canon camera lens from Vann's for my son's birthday, with the assurance that it would arrive in three days. It arrived this morning, LESS THAN 24 hours later!! Amazing, particularly insofar as the product pricing was, by far, the best on the Web and the shipping was free.

The lens is exactly as ordered, including original manufacturer packaging. And it arrived in perfect condition because it was shipped in a shock absorbing, bubble-wrap insulated carton.

Yep, I am now an official Vann's fan. This was a PERFECT customer experience. I couldn't possibly be more pleased.

The Vanns Rep (Jay) was very polite, knowledgeably answered all of my questions, did not try to sell me any extras, and made me feel like a valued customer. The camera was delivered to me across the country in six days and the shipping was free. If you have ever ordered from one of those East Coast stores, you will be very pleasantly surprised with how much different, and how much better it is dealing with Vanns.

Ordered online after checking Bizrate; needed no customer services; product was as shown and delivery was quick; reassuring security precautions and order progress reports from them. I would order again from them.

I ordered an Onkyo 7.1 home theatre speaker system pack recently. Not only did Vann's have the ABSOLUTE lowest price on the system, but I received it in only 2 days! By far an excellent product at an UNBEATABLE price, SUPERIOR customer service and the FASTEST shipping imaginable!! I only wish we had a Vann's outlet where I live! On 1/3/2008 I ordered an Onkyo 705 receiver from Vanns and was immediately charged the next day on my credit card. After my card was charged they informed me the item was not in stock. I requested cancellation of my order... suddenly Customer Service is now absent and will not respond to my e-mails or credit my charge card. After numerous e-mails to Vanns - still no resolution. I still have not received the product! I still have not had a credit applied to my credit card! And still no responses to my e-mails as of 1 15/2008. Run as fast as you can away from this company!! Yes their prices may be less on the onset, and some may have good results. I for one will NEVER order anything from this company again and warn everyone I know!!

I ordered from them on a Monday and received my order that same week. Free shipping, and a great price on the "Magellan Meridian Platinum" made it hard not to order from them. I was totally satisfied.

I ordered a large-screen plasma and was wary of having it delivered by truck. I was called by the trucking company to schedule delivery. The TV arrived in perfect condition. It was supposed to arrive in 11 days; but it was here in 6, and that's counting the weekend.
