We were very pleased with our experience. This was our first shopping experience with Vann's. What we were looking for was easy to find. Vann's came up in a search engine. I went to Vann's site and saw what was offered. The price Vann's wanted was much,much cheaper than name brand stores in our area. Not by $10 dollars,but $50 dollars cheaper. The call center was closed,so we had to use the on line ordering site.The on line ordering experience was easy,fast and very efficient. Delivery was just as fast.Delivery was one week from ordering to delivery at my home. Am very,very pleased with Vann's.

I decided to buy a LCD TV from Vanns since they offered me the best bargain, but overall shopping experience was very satisfying not only because of the low price.

They delivered TV on time (well, I expected a surprise early delivery, but it came just on time) and the customer service was very active and helpful when I wanted to fix a problem with the TV. It is not a very common thing to experience such a kind customer representative these days!

I can definitely recommend Vanns to other customers also.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS THROUGH AMAZON.COM. ONE ITEM FROM VANNS IN MONTANA, THE OTHER FROM CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM CALIFORNIA 4 DAYS BEFORE VANNS ITEM. VANNS WANTS TO PUT THE BLAME ON UPS. IF VANNS HAD PROCESSED THERE ORDER WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED IT MAY BE HERE NOW.

I purchased an Onkyo speaker system, and I'm very happy with the speed at which I received it. It came by freight but still got to me a day earlier than what Fedex had quoted. I love that Vann's has free shipping, and their prices are hard to beat. What I don't like about Vann's is that I wanted to purchase several other items, like a receiver to go with my home theater speakers. But for weeks now, all their website has said is: Coming Soon. It seems Vann's gets a lot of business this time of year with their great prices and free shipping, but it also seems Vann's does not keep high demand items in stock like they should. I for one can't place an order on something that says "Coming Soon." Christmas is also coming soon and I can't risk it never being available.

I took a chance and bought a 52" LCD flat panel television from Vanns. The reason I say "took a chance" was because of the size of the merchandise and the distance it had to travel from Montana to Fort Worth, Texas. The price was right with free shipping and no tax on a large purchase.

I could not be happier with the complete transaction. I ordered on Monday and it arrived Friday in perfect shape. I'm blown away with HDTV. It's a whole new experience watching the Olympics. I bought a home theater system from Vanns earlier this year and these two components (52"TV sound system) offers first class entertainment at an affordable price.

This was my first time using Vanns.com. I was looking for a replacement bulb for a SONY HDTV. I surveyed several sites and Vanns had nearly the best price, but it had the best overall package deal -- free shipping, 3rd day delivery.  The site was very easy to use. The part was delivered on time. The part was packaged very nicely. The site takes all major credit cards. The price was very competitive. I am very satisfied and will use this site again.

ordered a panasonic digital camera and a jvc 30gb camcorder on the Sunday before memorial day.. It was delivered to my house that Thursday! When I ordered I didn't get pressured into buying anything else. Wonderful site! I saved over $150.00 dollars buying from them over Wal-mart!
