They were out of stock. It took quite some time to inform me of this. They have no procedure by which they mail it when it is in stock. Instead, they told me to re-order again in a month. This was inconvenient so I simply ordered from another server.

I asked to be contacted by Customer Service and have not received any reply from them yet. I ordered 8 jars of the fruit spread and one was broken. I asked to have it replaced.
I will still order from VitaCost because this is the only place I have found the fruit spread. I became acquainted with it at my local grocery store but they quite stocking it.
Other than the non-response to their survey, I am satisfied with the company. I had planned on calling Customer Service but since I could do it through their survey, I saw no need to make the call.

Residing in the UK I purchased from VitaCost because the products are much cheaper than in the UK. However, the cost was brought almost in line with UK cost because of charges imposed by UK Customs and Excise, i.e. Import Duty and an extra charge for the priviledge of having the goods released from C&E!
Shopping from the website was easy and in spite of our C&E hassle I would consider ordering again at the appropriate time.
