Walmart.com

I bought my first Item on Walmart.com a few years ago. I bought a Microwave oven. There customer service was wonderful. There shipping cost is very reasonable. I recived my new Microwave very quickly, it was well packaged, to protect it from being shipped. I received it in less than a week. I was so happy when Walmart opened there online store. I have always been a Walmart customer but since I am disabled, I don't have to get my larger item like my microwave, etc at there store. I just have to go online.I will be a customer for life. Thank you Walmart you are my favorite Store and your prices beats them all.

This is strange, very strange. On their website, recently noticed spider man 2 full screen was 18.99 but spider man 2 wide screen was 17.92. Both were on the same page and were for DVD. Anyone know what's up with that? This happened before to me on their website with DVD movies. Full screen and wide screen DVD's are 2 different, but similar prices.

Not happy with shipping either. Poor packing and hard to return, unless I take everything with me to a real store in person and then little to no problem.

Hubby works for Wal-Mart. He can use his discount card online to buy things. I've done an experiment here with this. I've noticed that when I enter his employee discount info and use him and his name and stuff to buy something, I get better, faster service. And high quality packing. I have been able to get a hold of customer service faster (a real person to!) and any issues are resolved quickly.

BUT when I use my account and do not enter his employee discount information, I get bad slow service, crappy packing materials and even worse customer service. Strange, but true.

I get my digital photos processed through Wal-mart.com and I love it! I made birth announcements for my new baby and had them printed. They came out better than I had imagined, making the perfect way to announce my baby.

I got 30 4x6 prints for less than 10 dollars and that included shipping. Delivery was prompt, I had them in 2 days, with standard shipping.

I used them again when I processed the Maternity pictures I took of my sister-in-law.

Walmart.com is not only great for ordering items online at a great price but they are a wonderful middleman for the local store. If I need the phone number or the location of a Walmart is within a seconds reach. I have never had any problems with Walmart.com and I will use them in the future.

If u cant go to walmart or dont have one close by then walmart.com is the next best thing. from my experianmce delivery speed is avergae but the costomer care is exceptional. You can find anything and just about everything you are looking for is on stock.

I have downloaded many tunes from the music service at Walmart.com.

The main advantage, is that each downloaded song costs 88 cents. This can add up when you are downloading many songs.

As far as I can tell, the wide range of available music on Walmart.Com is the same as other online music services.

So far, no complaints.

I wanted to purchase an electric scooter for a present. But where could I get one that didn't leave me completely broke? I tried searching all over the web, but most websites left me discouraged. They either cost so much that I would be bankrupt or were "cheap" with outrageous shipping. I decided to look around near my neighborhood for a store that selled them. I called walmart, and they put me on hold for an hour. I hung up and went to Myer, where the scooters again cost ridiculus amounts. Fed up, I finally went to walmart.com, where I was not put on hold and able to access many scooters for cheap prices and reasonable shipping. Halelujah! At last, good service for a cheap price.

I am a long time Walmart customer but I was extremely disappointed with shopping Wal-Mart online. Delivery was the slowest ever (more than 8 weeks) and still got the wrong items and extra ones that I couldn't get removed until I threatened to throw away or use as firewood. I am getting the run-around to have them replace damaged parts received for an expensive Weber BBQ grill, parts that are a must for the grill (the thermoset table was broken, and an axle which hold the wheels on the grill was missing)

I have ordered my LCD computer flat screen before Christmas. I am satisfied as I received it on time before the holidays. The price was good, delivery was as scheduled, and the product is great, as advertised. Thank you! I hope you will provide such good service for me again in the near future. The only question I have is: why don't you make any shipments to Canada? I might be interested in such service for my relatives living there. Your satisfied customer.

I have ordered a couple of things and used the in-store delivery. I always have mixed feelings about shopping at Walmart but, still tend to find myself on their site. Overall, I have not had any complaints with the process or the products I have ordered.

Walmart.com DVD online renting service - You may not know but Walmart.com offers a service just like netflix at a lower price. You can rent DVD's online and have them delivered to your mailbox from walmart.com. This service is pretty good and has a 30 day free trial. The selection is pretty good for most genre's. They get all the new releases and everything. They are lacking in some foreign film categories and their Anime category as well. However for the mainstream movie renter walmart.com has all the movies you could want to see at a lower price. Sometimes delivery seems slow but compared to rental stores charging $4-5.00 per rental it is a great value. Overall I really like this service.

Walmart, the dominant "save-mart" of the U.S. has made it clear that they ALWAYS have low prices. The customer service is average due to the slow processing of the bills. However, order accuracy and delivery speed is satisfactory. Overall, one should be satisfied with Walmart - there prices are fairly low and they guarantee your satisfaction. Go Smiley-Face dude!

WalMart as a company is terrible. The prices aren't as great as you might think, I've visited several online retailers and found similar prices for the same products. Plus, the shipping is terrible. First, they sent me the wrong product which I had to send it back at my own expense. It then took them 2 weeks to get me the proper product. It ended up so late I had to go elsewhere to buy the same item so that I'd have it for Christmas, which meant 2 days before Christmas I was braving the crowds. I'd ordered online to try to avoid that exact scenario. Then, when I did get the item and had to return it (because it was late and I'd had to buy it elsewhere), I had nothing but trouble. Avoid WalMart.com at all costs!!!

Purchased the Gold's Gym XR 5 about a month ago. First, I was shipped one that was damaged en route. Called them up, and they made an attempt to send a replacement- only this time, the bench got LOST in shipping and never arrived. Since the date of purchase about 5 weeks passed before I realized I had ordered something that would never arrive...

I know that the blame for this stupidity goes to the shipping service (UPS, one of two things that are brown and stinks this bad); however I do blame Walmart for simply automatically refunding the money (which, to their credit, they did readily once it had been realized that UPS had lost the 138 pound bench in shipping), and not thoroughly investigating and correcting the problem.

PS: Don't ask what 'brown' can do for you...You'll be disappointed.

I brought an electric razor for my wife for Christmas from Walmart.com and paid extra for gift wrapping. I could have wrapped it myself and done a better job. It was put in an ugly box with a cheap label and looked awful. The packing was poorly done for what I paid for shipping and handling.
