Ordered Calla Lilly Bouquet from Walmart.com for my friends wedding. Her budget was VERY tight but she REALLY wanted Calla Lilly for her bouquet. Found one at Walmart.com with GREAT price. Flower was delivered by FedEx and it was beautiful and so well packed. Bride was so happy to see her beautiful Calla bouquet! Thanks, Walmart.com!

I have purchased regularly from WALMART.COM and found the experience great.
With my Purchase of STIR OF ECHOES, I got a DVD that was supposed to be Widescreen.However the Package, as well as the disc( I discovered later), said FULLSCREEN.
Several times, I ordered the pack, and the details for the UPC were that it was Widescreen, but the package said FULLSCREEN.
After three tries, I persisted, and it was investigated... there had been a huge run of the DVDs in Widescreen with FULLSCREEN package and disc labeling.
I totally appreciated WALMART.COMs patience with me, since I wanted the film in WIDE, and no-one else had it listed in WIDESCREEN.
But, it was escalated, and eventually resolved.

I needed a new printer to replace one that stopped working.HP makes good printers and I had several ink cartridges from my previous printer. So I started shopping around.Staples cheapest inkjet was $69;Target had one for $49;BJ's had an all-in-one for $39 but it was a Lexmark.

The HP Model F2210 was advertised as a best seller on Walmart.com only. Having good experiences with walmart at the retail level, the decision was made to give walmart.com a try.


After creating an account, I selected my product and added it to my
cart. There were step by step instructions at each point along the way. All were very clear with no confusion.

Walmart.com uses Fedex for shipping. One need not go to the Fedex site-simply clicking "track your order" is an automatic link and one can follow the progress of  the order from origination to delivered at destination. I ordered on Sunday and received my merchandise on Wednesday with standard Fedex shipping.

Total cost was $36.90. It was one of the easiest online purchases I ever made.

I bought a new comp a PS2 and a XBox from Walmart.com. and all my items were priced to my range S/H was exceptional $6 and some change the Delivery time was ahead of schedule but great time on delivery. just bought a 24inc bike today from here just waiting on it's arrival. Walmart.com is the best place for me to shop when i can get to the local Wal-Mart

Walmart Store might be low prices but the items are cheap and low end items. Their quality, styles and brands are not the best. Watch when purchasing electronics and kitchen appliances they are cheap and don't last a long as the same product at another store. The registry for wedding, baby or birthday needs to be explained better or changed so you don't get double items. The items lists the person/couple wants 1 bakeware set. Instead of deleting the item after some got it. It tells you that how many was received. I received 5 bakeware sets. That is only 1 example of many dublicates that I received. It was real hard to get them returned without the receipt.

While most online experiences have been positive, occasionally, there's the nightmare of a botched order coupled with abysmal customer service. When I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving to take advantage of some great sales,Walmart.com was experiencing technical difficulties that delayed placing the order. Ultimately, I placed the order and received confirmation. Eleven days later, I logged onto Walmart.com and learned that my order is still "processing." Upon calling Walmart and enduring their automated phone system, I was told that my order is "incomplete". Until speaking to a supervisor (after lengthy hold), Walmart was not willing to honor the sale prices on either item. One of my items is now out of stock. Walmart should have been willing to cover the order with a similar item. Walmart has completely dropped the ball and will be lucky to escape a class action lawsuit due to their failure to deliver goods at contracted prices. Based upon Walmart's failure and refusal to correct the problem, I cancelled my order to avoid further aggravation. Problems can and do happen from time to time. The key is how the company works to resolve an issue once it occurs.

My shopping experience with Walmart.com was great. It has alot of gifts that you can get anyone in your family. It is not about being cheap or not spending alot. But when I brought my DVD player at Walmart.com a couple years back, I had no problems with it. It runs great, and as they always say when you buy something once and the store is great the product is great you always go back to them for business. Well I brought my nephew his first bike on walmart.com, and he loves it. The great thing about walmart.com is that you can bring the product to the store if you have any questions, most online places aren't near people, to go and ask something, or if something is wrong they can't tell you anything except send it back to us. Walmart.com is also great with shipping, I had no problems with the shipping, everything came on time, and everything was in great condition. It are the small things that walmart.com does that keep me coming back for all the little things in life for a great price.

I shop Wal-Mart retail locations as well as Sam's and Costco. I appreciate solid value combined with exceptional service. Recently, I found the most competative price on an infant scale at Wal-Mart online. It was approx. 50% less than the same product at Bed, Bath & Beyond. It arrived in 5 days with great email confirmations and communications throughout the purchase and delivery process. Wal-Mart online is a solid value with exceptional service. Thank you.

I shopped online at Walmart.com and would definately be a returning customer! I recieved my order in less than a week and it was during the Christmas season, Quick Shipping! Great packaging, everything was as expected and the customer service was excellent! They sent me a couple of shipping notifications and a tracking number so I could track my order.

This movie was very easy to find. The price of the movie was very affordable. The delivery speed was very fast it came within 3 days of ordering it. I was overall happy with everything.

I love Walmart.com! Delivery is fast and reliable! I use their online store a lot to send gifts for my nephews at Washinton. There was a time when she never received the item but it was stated that it was delivered. Walmart did not give us a hard time though. My sister called them about it and replaced it right away! Without asking too much questions!

I ordered 4 Leap-Pad books and received them on time. I had no problems and they had the cheapest price of all the websites I looked at, and a small shipping cost. I will definitely shop more at Walmart.com

Service was quick and dependable. All of the on line prompt were clear and easy to follow. Item was delivered on the exact day that they stated with no problems.

I have used the Walmart.com site very often. I like the fact that you can do all your shopping from walmart at home. They are quick about answering help questions. The shipping is fast, and all my orders have always been accurate. It is everything I would expect from walmart.

I did my Bridal Registry on Walmart.com and was pleased! I found a great selection, and was able to order things not found in the store. One downfall was that I don't think it updated accurately, Some items were never removed.
