Ordered a DVD on Sunday December 17 received it Wednesday December 20. 2 full days before it was due to be delivered.

I recently had a bad experience with Walmart.com.

I found a deal on a 19" "Balance" LCD Monitor that I couldn't pass up. I ordered it, and was e-mailed a tracking number. For several days, the UPS tracking site simply stated, "billing information received". I finally called Walmart.com customer service and was assured that the camera had shipped.

Wal-Mart has now charged my credit card for something that they say has shipped via UPS but UPS has no record of receiving.

The Wal-Mart rep said they could put a trace on it which would take eight days, after which time they would either issue a refund or ship another product.

Seeing similar feedback (product showing shipped from Wal-Mart but never getting to UPS) here on epinions.com leads me to believe that this is an ongoing issue with Wal-Mart which may border on fraudulent practices. They've got my money and (with the exception of confirmation e-mail) I have nothing to show for it!

I have decided to take action and I'm calling Chase to contest the charge and intend to begin filing complaints with consumer regulatory agencies.

I was looking for flowers to send to my mom on Mother's Day. I was so happy to find them cheap at Walmart. Unfortunately, the flowers were so bad when they arrived. The flowers were not fresh at all and the packaging was so bad that the petals of the lilies got bent. And when I tried to call their customer service about it, it took me an hour to get to talk to someone.

I ordered two items (on the same day) as Christmas gifts last year. The first item arrived approximately one week later. The second item never showed up. Online tracking showed that it was delivered to my state, then was rerouted all the way across the country to New Jersey and was delivered and signed for by a complete stranger! Customer service was at a loss as to how or why this happened.

The positive: The first item was great and Walmart gave me an in-store credit for the purchase price of the second item.

I wanted to save on shipping costs so I ordered a crib set online at Walmart.com to be sent to my nearest store for pickup. The website promised 7-10 days delivery.

After I initiated several emails and phone calls, and received information that the paid-for item was on its way, I finally, 18 days later, received an email saying that it was in the store and ready for pick-up. I went to the store immediately and, no, the crib set was not there and would not arrive for at least another week.

The person working the counter said that this is something that happens all of the time and she had personally gone through the same thing.

I ended up having to refund, after finding that the crib set would probably not arrive.

Sammy boy would be proud. He's made it to the world wide web. I've ordered books, small appliances, toys, etc... from the site and have been quite pleased by the products and the shipping.

Nice selection and love the layout of the site. A lot of care went in to it and the customer was certainly thought of when it was put together. Very accessible and easy to manipulate.

Customer service team was quite pleasant, too boot.

Really, really disappointed. Placed an available only online/pick up in store baby gift on 7/14/07. We are going to see the new little family member this weekend(out of town)so I thought 7-10 days, no problem, well, today is 7/27/07, 13 days, and no sign of it. I really loved this item when I saw it. So now I have to go out and get another gift and deal with the Walmart item later. I'll be returning it for credit if it ever comes in. I won't be going to Walmart for the replacement gift and I'll never, ever do this again. Boy, I really hate learning things the hard way. If you really need to shop this way, I would suggest you order whatever it is you want a year in advance. I just might work. There are so many other online stores with really great customer service that shopping online at Walmart isn't necessary. Oh ya, I did email them about it, but got a lame excuse about 7-10 days from processing. Whatever that means.

I placed an order for a birthday and requested 2 day shipping for an extra $10. I was then notified that it would be shipped by ground and they changed the time frame to a later date. When I phoned to complain they refused to refund the extra shipping because it would arrive in the time frame quoted (which was different than originally promised). Not even the manager would do anything, even though they agreed that it was unjust to charge extra shipping. "That's our policy," was all they could say. I will be asking my credit card company to refund me for this purchase and I will never do business with Walmart again.

By the way, I have ordered from many online companies, and none has been as bad as Walmart. When I pay for 2 day shipping, I expect it. Is that wrong?

I have been trying to buy a TV for 10 days. My Visa won't run, so I tried my MasterCard. They canceled my order while I was out of town because my billing telephone number didn't match what I entered (it did). So, I ended up reordering and changing my telephone number both at the bank and walmart.com. Then they send me another e-mail saying they need the number for the bank before they can process the order. And three days after I send in the order they call me at 7 am to have a conference call with my bank to confirm my billing address. Then they don't even send the order to the next day. I paid for overnight shipping on Monday and didn't get the TV until Friday. I have spent about 5 hours calling them and my banks. (Why I didn't give up! - tv was needed for a raffle for a co-worker with cancer).

Shipping is far too expensive, and each time I ordered something the product was damaged. If you want on time quality delivery, this is not the store for you

The order was quick, painless, easy, and cheap. I couldn't ask for much more. Took 5 business days to arrive.

BEWARE of ordering OnLine......I recently placed an order for Christmas for my two girls on Dec 15th. I was guaranteed delivery by Dec. 22nd. After 4 emails and one phone call I was still assured delivery would be before Christmas. Well....I still haven't received my order (it is now Dec.26). I was just notified that I would not receive my order till Dec.29th now...but they will not charge me for shipping ($7.99)...Seeings this order was two baby dolls (the only items my 3 & 7 year old girls requested from Santa) for Christmas they were not happy and wanted to know why Santa didn't bring them there dolls?

Needless to say I am utterly disgusted Walmart.com.

Buyer Beware!!!! These guys advertised the Canon power shot @ a very reasonable price, but what they actually sent was an accessory kit. When I called to have them take it backand refund my money including S&H they refused. They also told me I should "get educated","learn to read" they told me I should have read my confirmation email and they told me they don't even sell the Cannon Power shot. My confirmation email did say I was buying a Cannon Powershot, yet they sent me an Elph accessory kit. They also said I had wasted so many of their minutes...here I thought they were wasting my minutes...I thought they were getting paid for theirs.
Classic Bait and Switch!

Who hadn't shopped walmart.com?! We go there, find books are less expensive, cheap music to download, etc. We can even upload photos and go in the next day and pick them up.

I like the ease of ordering with their site and their list of sales are updated.

I love shopping at Walmart you find all the things in the others for a cheaper price here. I never really used to like going here until I walked to see what they have now I go there all the time to buy deturgents, phones, video games, ect... plus they are very helpful and kind to you. So I started to shop online and I found even more things then in the store and the things you buy are at your door in 2 days.
