Ordered my childrens Little Tikes Variety Climber for Walmart.com.

I had no problems placing my order. Was great to be able to pay by check for the purchase.

They said it would be 2-4 weeks for delievery. We received it right on day 14.

Will def be ordering from them again!

I am currently on Social Security Disability, so I enjoy shopping on-line. Walmart.com is one of the better stores to shop on-line. They have a great variety of products,much more than shopping at Walmart itself. Customer service very help-full.Walmart tries to make your buying experience worthwhile. You can make a wish-list of products you want to buy the next time you shop. At Walmart.com you can also track your orders and receive nice saving with your Walmartcard. Walmart also provides a wedding and baby registry for your convenience. Shoppers also can be directed to their own store and flyer. Walmart.com is one of he best stores that I shop on-line. One downfall I believe is the shipping & handing is pretty confusing. Delivery is usually not on time and the cost is very high. Shoppers are better off picking up their product at the store if possible. Saves you time and money.

Walmart's clothing selection is terrible. No style and no good quality on many of their lines. They are only good on basic necessities like paper products and essentials. Target does a much better job on quality and style. This is especially true on their clothes which makes Walmart stock look sick in comparision. Walmart DOES have the cheapest prices but they have the worse style of any department store I've ever seen. Wake up Walmart.

Save your sanity and just pay for the shipping. So far I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find one item I got and today they lost my Christmas cards and since their customer service is awful there doesn't seem to be anything they can do about it. A lot of other stores offer free shipping to your house, like Amazon, please shop there!

I received my product within a week. However, the packaging was terrible. The book had dirty finger prints on it, and the cover was bent. I was not satisfied with the condition of the book, when I received it.

Worst place to shop on the internet!! You put an in stock item into your cart and while you are checking out it comes up " an item you are trying to purchase has just gone out of stock" How can that be if it is in your cart? Has happened more than once. Customer service is dead to the world. They are not able to resolve anything to your satisfaction. WAKE UP WALMART!! With the amount of stores that you have and the size of your company you should be much better than that!! I will never try to shop at your stores again!!!

Low Prices - LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I ordered two items that I had seen on Walmart's web site -- when I got the package the items were NOT as they had been represented on the web site. I looked at the receipt for information on Returning these items. On the back, it plainly stated "1- Fill out the reason for return. 2= Box the item...Enclose the Invoice...3- Use the provided prepaid label and ship.........."etc

But there was NO prepaid label enclosed, so I called Customer Service, told them the item I had received was not as it was represented on their website and I wanted to return it -- I told her there was no prepaid label provided and I asked her to please email me one.

The woman got REALLY RUDE and started yelling at me "WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE!!!!"

No WalMart -- YOU and your lousy customer service rep are DEFECTIVE.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN.

I've placed an order for a vacuum cleaner on Tuesday and I've selected ground shipping as my shipping option, which usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Today is just Thursday (Only two days after I've placed the order) and the vacuum is here! I am very satisfied with the purchase and I will definitely shop from Walmart's website again.

I searched and searched online for an affordable fiber optic Christmas tree. I found trees that were astronomically priced...way out of my range! But, I didn't give up! I finally decided to check out Walmart.com. After all, Walmart has EVERYTHING! And, sure enough, I found my 7 ft., fiber optic tree! And, the price was very reasonable...well below $100! I placed my order with great ease. My tree arrived just a few days later! I have it set up, and it's absolutely beautiful! This was the first time I had shopped at Walmart.com. However, I've shopped at Walmart department stores many times! Shopping at the online store is so much better! There are no long lines at the checkout with which to contend! There are no crowded aisles to try to squeeze through! It's such a quiet, peaceful, non-stressful experience to do your shopping at Walmart.com! I will certainly shop there again!

I ordered a Kodak digital camera from walmart.com and received it very fast-- it was at my house in 4 days. However nothing can be that simple; the advertisement for the camera read "Kodak Camera under $200" but I was charged $220. I complained about this three times, saying it was faulty advertising, but the responding e-mails completely ignored my complaint and said that I was already saving 12% from the manufacturer's price. Tomorrow I'm filling out a Consumer's Affair complaint, and if I feel ticked off enough, sending a printed copy of the faulty advertising to Leno so he can have fun with it too.

I love Walmart,com! Easy to navigate the site and always got my order in a timely manner! Best of all the dhipping .99!!!

after deciding on the product i was going to order, i checked best prices and found Wal mart to be the winner. it was just one week before Christmas and i never dreamed i would have it so soon. there it was, 3 days later, sitting on my back porch with the rest of my mail! the order was exactly what i wanted and a great price, packaged correctly and i was quite delighted.

I'm a big fan of saving cash at Walmart the store, and online. I started shopping at Walmart.com several years ago. Back then they used to sell clothing online and had great clearance specials. I was hooked. It was the best site I was shopping at. Then one day the online store had a makeover. No apparel. And it got stupid. No more PO Box delivery or USPS period. I do business via PO Box only. Because like many Americans, I live in an area that you can't leave a package at the doorstep- it will get stolen. So anytime I do business with them, I repeatedly ask for mail handling and it is not done. I pleaded via email. No good. They state they have no control. Those are their rules. So bottom line is this. They are good to deal with if you receive UPS delivery without a problem. If you have to deal with PO Boxes then go to Amazon.com

Excellent on line store to buy from. If you don't like it return it, they pay for shipping on returns. Or if you want, return to one of their stores. Absolutely no hassels on returns. I trust them. Prices a bit higher than the low ballers but you can return with no phone call first.

i ordered a wireless router from Walmart.com as recommended by a friend. That same day I went to a local Walmart store and found the same product for $20 cheaper considering shipping. So, I went to another store and found the same thing for $30 less and bought it. I went back to Walmart.com and cancelled my order (the same day). 4 days later, a package arrives with a router from Walmart.com. They still shipped it 2 DAYS AFTER I CANCELLED MY ORDER!!!! So, I take it to my local Walmart and lo and behold they will not credit me the shipping. They even tried to short me $10 until I explained - take the total, subtract the shipping and that is what I should get back. Called and e-mailed Walmart.com to have them credit my shipping back and no word in 10 days now. Will never order from Walmart.com again!!!!!!!!
