Overall good experience. I was unable, though, to replace an order for the wrong-sized cups (Bodum Pavina) mistakenly placed with the right ones. The incorrect items were identified after reviewing the order confirmation received via e-mail. I've contacted customer service but the order had already been packaged for shipment. Read more

My machine came to me inoperable. When I contacted customer service, the woman I spoke with exhibited poor customer service. Instead of being apologetic and offering me a new machine, she made it sound like I could not return the item and had to contact a service technician. She also admitted that she knew the Exobar manuals were deficient and that they could have sent me a better manual. ? If she knew the manual was deficient, why wasn?t the "good" manual sent with the original shipment?
She also told me that I could not schedule a meeting for the service technician and that one should call in the next 3 days (72 hours). Imagine my dismay when I was told that I had to wait for some call to occur and some unknown time in the next 72 hours after spending 800$ on a coffee machine?
The technician I later spoke with was much more courteous and helpful. She actually informed me that I could return the machine if I wanted. Since she was so kind and helpful, I was able to get the machine up and running in no time. I love the machine, but unfortunenately I have no good reason to continue my patronage to your establishment as I would be in fear of getting the same substandard performance from the customer service department. You might want to inform customer's with inoperable equipment that they have the right to return the item before sending them to tech support. It would also be helpful to send a "good" manual with the Exobar Pulser.
My wife and I spend quite a bit of money on espresso every year and ware hoping to find a place to supply our espresso needs. Though the machine is great, I am sorry WholeLatteLove won?t be able to meet our needs.
