I have ordered from this vendor previously and found the service and product to be good. However, this experience was terrible. I never received the product I ordered and had to make 3 calls to you. I reported the problem and let the folks on the phone know that this was an important gift as it was to be a donation to a very important charity auction I was helping to sponsor. The last call I made I even talked with a supervisor and was told, in essence, too bad! I was promised a call back and have never received one. To my disappointment, I will need to go to another vendor and will cease to recommend you to anyone else as I had previously. I found the customer service to be extremely poor and found they just didn't care about correcting the mistake.

I placed a business order for a client, and called to verify my intentions (I thought I had forgotten something). I was right and the individual who helped me was courteous and very very helpful. I will use Wine.com in the future and will recommend them to others.

I was making a gift. Apparently all gifts need to be selected in a specific way. I did not use this way so when I selected a ship to address I did not have the availability to designate that price information not appear in the package or to provide a message along with the gift. I did realize what happened and while a telephone call the next morning proved to be successful, I easily could have called too late to do anything about the issue.

Sometimes it's hard to order as i do forget my password.
then there is a bunch of jumbo that you have to go through.
and it takes me more than 30min to confirm an order.
otherwise, overall i love the convenience of shopping with
wine.com, orders and shipment are right there for me. being
in a hospitality business, this is important as i use this
as gifts to good customers. Thank you Susan
