The only thing I'd comment on is that there seems to be way more California wines than WA and OR. There needs to be more Northwest varieties, as they are often more economical and less "mainstream" than all the mass produced CA ones you carry.

Web site is pretty clear. Although when I tried to find the same product that I purchased again (just to look at it), it did not turn up. I haven't received the bill so have no idea if that part of the purchase is accurate.

Wine.com provides an extremely comprehensive variety of wines, and includes "cellar notes" on tastings. They also include ratings as given by various wine review publications. Wine.com is my main source for buying wines. They have a wide range of varietals and prices--from under $10 to $100s. Service is terrific--just a couple of days to delivery. Great value!

I ordered a basket of wine and other items for a wake. Not only was it not delivered on time, but the tracking system was totally broken and I still don't know if it has been delivered, because the family I sent it to left on a 2 week trip several days after the basket was to be delivered. I am totally dissastisfied and will never use this company again.

My order was shipped in two installments. The first arrived on time. The second, through no fault of wine.com was mis -shipped and damaged. I called the company and they started to prepare a re-ship before they even recieved the damaged bottles from the shipper. I thought that was great customer service.
