Shipment was excessively late. Not just normal xmas traffic late. It was into Jan by the time the xmas gift was delivered. Not very happy with wine.com.

yes-this is the first time I ran into a problem-receiving just one of 2 cartons-when i followed on the tracking order (which was quite easy) i found out that the box was damaged and sent back to shipper-but i was never informed of this-so this may be a concern-i had to call customer service and they sent me a another shipment, although some of the bottles of damaged wine were no longer availalbe, so I had to replace with another wine of lower wine rating (have not tried yet)-it was confusing initially to the customer service rep becasue we had ordered another wine order soon after the first and it was a somewhat confusing as to which order was damaged-the replacement order was received very quickly-we have used your service quite frequentlt the past year or so and ahve recommeded to others- this is the first problem we have had-ken
