I love shoes and have been shopping at Zappos.com for three years. I buy a lot of merchandise online and this is the best web store I have ever used! 1) Shipping is always free and the merchandise usually arrives faster than requested 2) returns are simple and free 3) the selection is second to none and 4) the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend this merchant.

Made my first purchase about a month ago and bought a pair of tennis shoes. I had a hard time finding this shoe on the Internet, they have a huge selection though. The order arrived quickly and in good shape, i'm actually going to return them though but that is not their fault. They have a 1 Year return policy which is amazing. I would definitely buy from them again.

I don't know how they do it at Zappos, but they've got the rest of the planet beat hands down when it comes to speedy delivery and customer service. I'm embarrassed to admit I spend this much on shoes (I DO try to buy only deeply discounted shoes) but, I order from Zappos several times a month. Maybe more? (Yikes.) And I have never had a problem. They're so nice and responsive and customer-oriented, that I feel badly if I do have to return something. They're almost too good to be true...I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. (Sorry!)

Great shoe buying experience! Great web site and so easy to find what you are looking for. Extent of inventory is almost beyond belief. I found just what I wanted at a very competitive price and was offered free standard ground shipping. Instead I got FREE one day overnight service as a bonus. Zappos sent me an email about their special shipping gift, which I read after receiving delivery, which was only the day after placing an on-line order. What an outfit; they're really trying to exceed customer expectation and they sure scored with me. Five stars in all categories - they've won my repeat business.

Zappos is the greatest online shoe store EVER! First of all, the website is very easy to navigate~you can search for shoes via brand name, size, color, or shoe type. Zappos has a great selection of men's,women's, and children's shoes, boots, and sandals. People rate the shoes for comfort, size accuracy, width, etc...which is very helpful. Shipping is free~as well as return shipping. Shipping is super fast too~Every order has been accurate and received within 3 days of placing my order. Zappos frequently upgrades their free ups ground to free 2-day delivery. I highly recommend Zappos to anyone and everyone.

Zappos has the fastest delivery of anyone on the web. I've ordered from them 3 times and all 3 times they've upgraded my standard shipping for free to NEXT DAY! I order one day and the next day my shoes are here. I can find more styles and sizes than I could driving around to shoe stores. I will always check Zappos first.

This place is loaded with superb quality shoes with very decent prices along with great shipping options. I cannot believe this place! I ordered a pair of baseball shoes (cleats) for my husband and they arrived with homerun precision. Then I needed some shoes for work. Non-slip. I haven't had any luck in finding some that actually work. I ordered them from zappos -again they were here in a flash of the eye and they actually worked on wet floors. Yippeeee I won't be falling on my butt anymore. Heh

Oh, and the pretty shoes.... yummies. You have to check them out! They have such a huge selection that both my daughter and myself sit and drool over their website and have such a hard time picking out which ones we are settling on and ordering.

Fantastic Customer Service! I bought a pair of Mark Nason shoes and had them delivered to my office instead of my home. The ups delivery guy delivered it to the wrong office and I called Zappos letting them know that I had not received the shoes eventhough it said "delivered" on the order status form. They overnited me a brand new pair of shoes. The first pair did turned out the day after and I sent them back. The shoes are about $400 per pair and I was worried I was going to get screwed in this transaction. I was really impressed and I have been telling everyone to buy their shoes at Zappos.

I am very satisfied with zappos. I ordered a pair of shoes last night after 10pm and the shoes arrived today, and the next day shipping was free! I am so glad I found this place, because, being a size 11, I had just about given up on shopping in regular stores. The only thing I had hesitated with for online shoe buying was that it would take at least a few days to arrive and if I didn't like them I'd have to return them. Well, with their quick shipping and free returns, it's great! not to mention they have great shoes!

I have done a lot of business with Zappos.com . In my opinion, they are the best online shoe store, period! No sales tax, free shipping, and prepaid returns. For goodness sakes, what else do you want?? While they don't have every shoe ever made, they have the best selection of any online shoe store. Zappos.com should be your first stop when you're looking for a particular pair of shoes.
