It is always a pleasure to shop from Zappos. They have a wonderful selection of shoes, the site is easy to navigate and quite frankly their customer service policy is the best online.

They are so good that you end up buying too many shoes. It is hassle free shopping. What I really appreciate is their quick free shipping, you don't have to wait 7-10 days like other websites for that benefit,Zappos shoes will reach you within a couple of days. Sometimes they offer free overnight shipping and upgrades.

My family wishes they would ship to Europe as they love the huge selection all on one website.

Best online shoe store! The prices at Zappos.com are unbeatable so is their customer service. Plus, they offer free shipping on all purchases without any outrageous minimums.
The running shoe originally sold out in my size after I place my order, but they quickly remedied the situation. They informed me that that particular brand ran big so I would be able to order a half size smaller, and it would fit perfectly. They were right! That was a clear example of a retailer going above and beyond customer expectations. That kind of service is nearly impossible to find today.

I'm a very picky person and I must say that Zappos.com followed through on all aspects of customer service including: On time delivery, order correctness, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have ordered some stride rite shoes for my daughter i bought the boots that light up and a pair of stride rite gym shoes. Both of these shoes where online at striderite.com for about 5-10 dollars more. I like Zappos because it is hassle free you get the shoes pretty fast and it is free shipping both ways which means you can return without a hassle and have your shoes delievered hassel free as well. Great website

This was two years ago my first on-line shopping experience. It was the most perfect way to start: zappos.com; I am sure that if we could rate you 100 stars you would deserve them all. This store is an example of how the others, not just on-line stores should be and have to offer for customers. Because one of the hardest moments of buying is when you maybe have to return an article and find the time to get in your car, drive all the way to the mall, get in line, and wait in line, and spending your time.... I really love to shop on-line, and I am not a shopaholic, I take my time and compare prices. I have never had a bad moment.

I first found Zappos.com when looking for Easter shoes for my toddler. I just ordered 2 pairs of Born sandals from them. They shipped next day for free -- just because they had the ability to fill the order quickly! YAY!! Also, I found the same sandal on another site the day my order shipped and they matched the price 110%, at midnight on a Tuesday, with NO ARGUMENT!! I am IMPRESSED with their service, and I love their return policy. They are obviously big into service, which is a rarity these days.

Best online shopping experience EVER! I ordered my tap shoes on a Friday afternoon and the shoes were delivered to my door on Monday afternoon at NO CHARGE. I will definitely order from Zappos.com again...and I have told everyone at my dance school about Zappos.

I have bought two pairs of shoes from them now, and shopping couldn't be any easier. I tested their return policy, and it was easy-- they pay for return shipping. Service was quick and the website is easy to use. This will be the first place I will look for shoes from now on.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service and products I have ordered from Zappos. I ordered a pair of Uggs scuffs that I could not find anywhere, and they were delivered (FREE!)to my door in 4 days! I was so pleased, that I had a pair sent to my daughter. I accidentally put my own address as the "ship to" address when I ordered my daughter's Uggs online. I called the toll-free customer service line and a very polite representative corrected my order so that the Uggs would be delivered to my daughter's house. Thanks, Zappos! You have spared me from the malls!

I have been a Zappos customer for several years now and have never had a problem. This past order, I made a mistake and did not choose the next-day shipping option I wanted because I didn't see where to enter it before the checkout was complete. I called customer service right after I placed the order, and didn't even have to wait on hold. The woman who answered was very pleasant and she upgraded it for FREE ($25 value!). That was definitely above and beyond anything I expected. I couldn't be happier!

Now you will find higher prices, slower shipping and rude customer service, if you have to escalate for order problems like slow or non fulfillment without notice.

Emails and calls yeilded nothing but a crass girl telling me obnoxiously she worked with the highest authority, with The founder. There was no correction or even apology.

I had a boot with a nail sticking up through the sole that cut my foot (badly) and orders not sent correctly (wrong sizes, wrong product, etc) and order items not sent at all. Really worse over the last two years. This has happened to me more than five times since the founders split.

I suggest Nordstrom.com, Onlineshoes.com, Pegasusshoes.com for better prices and service. Five years ago I was singing Zappos praises. No longer.

I have ordered shoes twice from Zappos. Both times, the service was super fast and the shoes were of the highest quality. I will definitely do business with Zappos again.

I think they are such nice persons, and gave me a lot of help. delivery speed was fast. order accuracy was good. customer service was amazing and i am very satisfied.
