WONDERFUL ONLINE SHOE STORE. I always told my friends I will NEVER buy shoes online, but decided to give Zappos a try, and they are wonderul!!!! Customer service is great and they were able to match the price from another online store, and I got my shoes the next day! Will keep buying from them from now on. I love this store.

I have been a Zappos customer for several years now and have never had a problem. This past order, I made a mistake and did not choose the next-day shipping option I wanted because I didn't see where to enter it before the checkout was complete. I called customer service right after I placed the order, and didn't even have to wait on hold. The woman who answered was very pleasant and she upgraded it for FREE ($25 value!). That was definitely above and beyond anything I expected. I couldn't be happier!

This is without a doubt the best shoe store on the Web. It might be the best on-line store, period. They make everything easy for you, shipping is lightning speed, shipping and returns are both free, returns are insanely easy. Have shopped with them for years and NEVER had any problems.

These guys are arguably the best online store in the country. You just can't go wrong with them. COURTESY, QUICK SERVICE, GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS, EXCELLENT RETURN POLICY (in case you don't like what you get) are few of the wonderful things in store for you. Until things start going wrong (which I doubt will ever happen), I'm going nowhere else for my stuff. Trust me!!!

Best online shopping experience EVER! I ordered my tap shoes on a Friday afternoon and the shoes were delivered to my door on Monday afternoon at NO CHARGE. I will definitely order from Zappos.com again...and I have told everyone at my dance school about Zappos.

Zappos has the fastest shipping of any online store I've used, and I shop often. And, it is FREE. I don't really get why they post the "free shipping until..." date unless it is some type of marketing thing. Their site offers customer reviews of the shoes which I have found to be quite accurate and helpful, avoiding returns. Should you need to return, it is FREE and EASY. I have never waited more than two days for shoes after ordering from Zappos - it amazes me. I also enjoy using the function that sorts shoes by type, cost and other parameters. It is a very efficient way of bargain-hunting within the site.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service and products I have ordered from Zappos. I ordered a pair of Uggs scuffs that I could not find anywhere, and they were delivered (FREE!)to my door in 4 days! I was so pleased, that I had a pair sent to my daughter. I accidentally put my own address as the "ship to" address when I ordered my daughter's Uggs online. I called the toll-free customer service line and a very polite representative corrected my order so that the Uggs would be delivered to my daughter's house. Thanks, Zappos! You have spared me from the malls!

Excellent service. I recieved an e-mail the day I ordered telling me that my order was already shipped out and should be arriving tomorow! This was very suprising, being that I choose the normal free ground shipping. Excellent company, will definatly buy from again.

I've placed about 8 orders with Zappos over a two year period. With the last 4 orders, I got free upgraded second-day shipping.

I have returned items for exchange or just returned them for credit and have never had a problem. Free shipping and free return shipping makes for a truly hassle free experience. I've even had exchanges sent to me via 2nd day at no additional cost.

I am totally sold on Zappos.

Why would you purchase shoes anywhere else? They have a huge selections, their prices are in line with all of the other shoe stores, they have free shipping both ways and I have my shoes within a couple of days, sometimes the next day! I shop on line frequently and no one compares to Zappos when it comes to service and selection.

What can I say about this site. I love it! There is a great variety of shoes that you can choose from styles and brands I never seen such a selection in any other store. The customer service reps are very helpful and placed my order without any difficulties. I received my shoes within 3 days of placing my order. My shoes came in a nicely wrapped package and I couldn't wait to wear them! I have recommended this site to all my friends and now they are just as obsessed with this site as I am! I created monsters!!!

I ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of boots for my wife last Christmas. Both items arrived fine and in great condition. My wife loved sandals but they were a bit snug so I requested an exchange. A pre-paid return label was sent to me with instructions to fill out the form that was enclosed. I filled out the form correctly, asking for an exchange a size larger. Zappos received the sandals and instead of exchanging them, they credited my credit card. When I discovered this, I called Zappos to find out what was going on. Someone had not read the form that I was asked to fill out requesting the exchange. After much hassle and complaining, I was told that a pair would ship out no charge. That was in February. Seeing that it is now July and my wife could have been wearing her sandals, I am very disappointed in Zappos. Every time that I call, I am told that the sandals are backordered and that I am next on the list to receive a pair. A pair of sandals backordered for five months?

I bought a pair of running sandals from Zappos.com. I received the exact pair of shoe shown on the website and the exact size. The shipping was supposed to be within four to five days but to my surprise--I received my shoes within two days.

I was very happy with my purchase. I bought 3 pairs of shoes on a Friday evening, I received the 3 pairs all together on Monday morning, and the shipping was free! Awesome service, the shoes were in their original boxed, wrapped singularly, brand new, perfect. This is better than a store when I usually buy a pair of shoes and if I am lucky some other customer already tried them on.

The brand selection is fabulous, and I like the fact that even super chic brands are on sale. I am Italian, and in Italy our designer shoes are so expensive nobody can afford them. I found Lumiani, Paciotti, Bravo, Givenchy at much cheaper prices than in Italy.

The web site is easy to navigate and browsing shoes with different characteristics is really easy.

I really recommend this on-line store, and I'll buy again from them for sure.

This is in response to the individual that says that Zappos is horrible. I agree that their prices are a bit on the high end. However, I know that I can easily go into a local retail store and still pay marginally more for any pair of shoes. Their customer service is outstanding. I don't know what I did to get my last purchase upgraded to next day air. It was upgraded and I had no complaints about that. In addition if this individual that gave Zappos a bad review would thoroughly look through the website they would know that Zappos offers online price match plus 10%. So they could easily get any shoe that Zappos offers possibly cheaper than for what it is offered on their site. I've always called prior to making a purchase and have the customer care specialist verify that another site is offering the same shoe cheaper. The only draw back is that they charge you for the competitors shipping. If you do it right there is an opportunity to get the best price for a pair of shoes. In essence I disagree with critic "zappossucks."
