Zappos.com

This is in response to the individual that says that Zappos is horrible. I agree that their prices are a bit on the high end. However, I know that I can easily go into a local retail store and still pay marginally more for any pair of shoes. Their customer service is outstanding. I don't know what I did to get my last purchase upgraded to next day air. It was upgraded and I had no complaints about that. In addition if this individual that gave Zappos a bad review would thoroughly look through the website they would know that Zappos offers online price match plus 10%. So they could easily get any shoe that Zappos offers possibly cheaper than for what it is offered on their site. I've always called prior to making a purchase and have the customer care specialist verify that another site is offering the same shoe cheaper. The only draw back is that they charge you for the competitors shipping. If you do it right there is an opportunity to get the best price for a pair of shoes. In essence I disagree with critic "zappossucks."

Why ever return to a shoe department with Zappos online? Free overnight shipping, free return shipping! How can you beat that! They have fair prices, great pictures and descriptions, personal shoe reviews, excellent search (wish more stores had as detailed of searches as they do). I've dealt with them twice now and plan on always using them for my shoe shopping. As a mother of 2 and working full-time, Zappos makes my life so much easier when it comes to shoe shopping. I was quite skeptical at first, but I had nothing to lose with the free shipping both ways. I was shocked when my shoes arrived the next day. I held onto that first pair until I got around to ordering another shoe to try, then returned the first pair. I had 365 days to return them so I didn't have to worry about deadlines. Excellent policy!

These Guys are the greatest!!! I bought the wrong size shoes for my son,I called Zappo's the afternoon of Apr.29 and had my replacement pair the NEXT afternoon! Phone help was friendly & professional. I'll be back!

Delivery Speed = LIGHTNING, SUPER-DUPER FAST
I ordered from Zappos for the first time last Friday evening around 9pm (1/6/06) on a recommendation from a co-worker for their selection and price. I arrived at work this morning Monday, 1/9/06 - and my shipment was delivered to my cubicle at 9am.

Order Accuracy = Great, shipped exactly as ordered

Customer Service = Great
- Received immediate order confirmation (probably automated) to my email
- Received shipping confirmation and tracking# by next day Saturday afternoon
- Received package via overnight delivery, even though only selected standard FREE delivery.

Overall:
Definitely recommend to others...I have been telling my co-workers about it all morning already. Zappos offered a good product at a great price in total.

Zappos is great. I love to try new products because I don't have to pay shipping to receive or return. I have been satisfied every time i order. Items arrive quickly.

Everything is clearly marked. You know right away if it is in stock. The prices are great and their fast shipping is unbelievable.

I have been using Zappos.com exclusively for the past three years now. What a delight it is to shop on their website and to do business with them. I wear a ladies size 13 B - not easy to find shoes in my size. This is no longer a problem!

What is extremely important about Zappos, though is their customer service and their generous return policy. Should something not be right, it is a snap to exchange items or to return them for a full refund, including the round-trip shipping. As a result, I sing their praises to everyone!

I wish all internet businesses followed their model.

I found the two pairs of shoes I was looking for, at the best price I could find them. And it included free overnight shipping. I placed my order at about 11pm on wednesday, and had both pairs of shoes at my door by 7pm on thursday (less than 20 hours later!!) I didn't even know that was possible! great site, and will definitely shop here again.

After our fifth purchase, we still don't understand how these guys do what they do...we ordered a pair of shoes for our toddler 10:00pm in the evening and they were delivered the very next day. Absolutely amazing. And in the past, when we've needed to make a return, it was easy and without hassle. Their customer service sets a very high standard that NONE can beat. Kudos to Zappos.com! We are very happy customers.

i love this store! there's so much to choose from, and so many ways to search for what you need...shipping is free and very fast...i've ordered from them many many times, and they've always gotten it right...it's very easy to return things as long as you have not worn them (1 year long return period, free shipping labels you print out)...phone customer service is very cordial and helpful, and you don't have to wait forever to speak to a real person...i'm always coming back to this site whenever i need shoes for something or just to browse ;p oh and they have cute bags too...

Zappo's is the best web shopping experience possible. Their customer service and shopping are just awesome. Zappo's is not always the cheapest, but they are worth the extra money. Most of my purchases have arrived within 2 days, even at Christmas.
