Zappos.com

I see shoes on other websites or in stores but I ALWAYS buy from Zappos when I can. I love (i mean Loooooove) their fast service, ease of returns and friendly customer service. I think every online retailer could learn a thing or two from Zappos. They rock!

When placing my order, I accidentally selected the wrong size, and didn't notice it until after the order was complete.  I wrote a mail to customer service, and they quickly made the correction (cancelling the original order, then transferring my payment to an order for the correct size).  Besides being quick, the confirmation I received of the change was also very courteous.  I had never shopped at Zappos.com before, but I definitely would again! 

Prior to buying a pair of men's sandals at Zappos.com, I googled to see where I could find the style for less. However, all sites had the same price,give or take 95 cents. I did not realize that Zappos no longer offers price guarantee and today when I googled the shoes, after wearing them for a day, I found a site on Find.com which has them for $30.00 less. Granted, I'd have to pay $6.99 for shipping.....but $30 is a big deal. I called Zappos.com and all I got is "Sorry". Had I not worn them, I guess I would have returned them.Anyhow, be careful ...zappos is by far not the best buy on the web!

I was checking zappos.com because seemed to have misleading advertising. I was frustrated to be continually sent to there web site for SAS shoes only to find they do not carry them.

On epinions I found all these glowing reviews. Upon further inspection most of the 5 star reviews were written by people that all joined on May 14, 2003 and had written only one review. They had glowing reviews with text that sounded more like an advertisement than the normal review given by ordinary people. You have to click on the reviews profile to see the dates became members. The other interesting thing is that many of these members review are at a date before they joined?

Most amazing experience. fastest delivery as yet! I got my boots in half a day when I ordered free 2 day shipping! They have a 365 day return policy, great for when you buy winter shoes at the end of winter or vice versa ! customer service was amazing too. Instead of not replying or saying that the weight for a handbag was not available, they immediately sent a request to their warehouse for it. rarely I find a shoe elsewhere for a slightly lesser price, but I always go back to Zappos because nobody else can guarantee me the fast delivery, free shipping and free return shipping, the most extensive description of a product anywhere online (even more than the manufacturer), ability to return whenever I want and the helpful reviews and staff.

this is the most expensive place i ever shoped for on the enternet... i saw a shoe they had for $80 where i saw the same one on a different website for half the price..dont buy there unless you want to waste your money then go ahead

I have been ordering from Zappos for years. My daughter knows what she wants in what size, so that makes it easy for me. The ordering process is PAINLESS, the prices are competative, the shipping is fast, with no tax (sorry, uncle Sam...) and FREE. I tell everyone (including the UPS guys) about Zappos. The shoes I have ordered have always been delivered in the right size, a left and a right shoe (it's a bummer to get home and find out they are the same, lemme tell ya...) and in perfect condition.
WELL! I just had to make my first return. I (Mom) ordered slip on's instead of lace up's...
IT WAS EASIER THAN ORDERING. PAINLESS AND FREE.
I can't think of one single way Zappos could do better business. It is win/win situation. Especially with the excruciating prices we now pay at the gas pump.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Easy to use site, easy checkout process, SUPER FAST delivery!!!! I will do business with them. My tactic is try on shoes in the stores then buy them at Zappos for 20% cheaper.

First off, they have all the selection an average consumer would want. Second, the return policy is amazing and they have unbeatable prices. If only they sold more than shoes...
