I had ordered shoes with Zappos before and always had a good experience. This time I ordered a sandal but it was too short and I had to return it. I really liked the shoes, so I re-ordered a larger size but it was too wide and had to return it, also. I had never had to return anything before so I didn't know what to expect. What a pleasant experience! Return process is very simple and they were very quick with the refund. I'm even more impressed with Zappos now.

I would like to be able to compare shoes I might buy against each other, before placing them in my shopping basked. It would be nice to see them all lined up in a row, so I can compare the features more easily (T-strap, ankle strap, buckle, velcro for example)
