Some of your shoes are not reasonably priced. I noticed two pair of shoes that I purchased from another place for a significantly less amount of money. One pair was on sale by you for $39.95 which I purchased in a store for approximately $21.00 full price and the other I purchased on line for $6.00 on sale which you were selling for $39.95 on sale. For the most part I feel your shoes are top quality and modestly priced considering I have the option of returning them hassel free if I need to do so. Have purchased 4 pair of shoes and only returned 1 pair. Am satisfied with the quality and service and will continue to shop with you. However, will do comparison shopping at other locations as well.

I was amazed at the speed of delivery. I ordered the sandals at 4:30 pm on Thanksgiving and received them at 6 pm the next day (they had arrived at 8:50 am and placed on the truck for delivery!).
The note sent in the package seemed heartelt and sincere. I was thrilled with this experience with Zappo's and have been sharing with all my friends!

I like Zappos. I think they have a great inventory of shoes. I like that they have free shipping to & from because it is very difficult to know if something will really fit until you try it on. I hesitate to order from other sites when I have to pay for shipping or it's a final sale because if I need to return the item or can't use it then I lose good money and have nothing but frustration to show for it.

Zappos is a great on line site. I have ordered many shoes from them over the last few years and have only had to return a pair once, and they even made that easy. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to check out. I usually recieve my shoes the next day.
