The best online shopping experience I ever had!!! Wonderful! Very nice email communication!
I ordered the shoes online on Monday. Then I noticed I had ordered the wrong size. I wrote an email to change to the right size. I immediately got the email confirmation for the change of the order. Additionally I was offered overnight shipping for the price of regular UPS ground shipping.
The shoes arrived the next day - in the right size.

I was able to find winter boots for my daughter at Zappos when most other sites and all the stores had no more in stock. I made mistake when I ordered, but a quick call to a very nice woman at customer service quickly solved the problem. they can be a little pricier than other sites, but the speedy delivery and service are worth it.

I ordered @ 2pm on Wednesday and received the product the next day(Thursday). Excellent service & quality products. Thank You!

i hate everything you sell and your website. I couldn't find what I wanted at all. you should sell penny loafers for goodness sake!

Without a doubt the #1 online retailer. Unbelievable selection and the lowest price or they refund the difference plus 10%. Only once have I found a pair of shoes cheaper elsewhere and when I called the customer service rep verified it on the other site and credited me on the spot. Returns are never a problem. I recently went through a run of about 5 pair that didn't fit or I just didn't like. I just downloaded then printed the return shipping label, dropped them off at the UPS store and was credited in about a week. You really can shop with total confidence at Zappos.

I really love this store. I just received another pair of shoes from them today. It's hardly the first time I've made a purchase from them. It's incredible the prices they charge for some items and the speed with which an order is processed and shipped is amazing. I placed this order last night, around 8.30PM CST and already have the shoes today, without selecting any version of expedited shipping.

The price is wrong on shopping.com so when you see the real sticker price at $20 more than other places, you choke!

In short I LOVE ZAPPOS! I have very wide and flat feet, which has always made shopping for shoes difficult. With ZAPPOS I could look online, save shoes I like and read other peoples reviews. I walk 5 miles a day and was really looking for a good walking shoe. In one night I looked up shoes and within 3 days I had them. To be honest these are the best shoes I have ever bought. NO blisters. I will always buy my shoes from ZAPPOS so cheap, so much selection.... I lOVE ZAPPOS!

I've been VERY impressed with this company!!! They follow through on every aspect of my orders, get back to me when they say they will, and send my shoes faster than I knew packages COULD be sent.

Returning shoes to Zappos is easier than returning them to a store. I don't even have to drive to the P.O.; just leave the package for the mail carrier!

Next step: my shoes appear on my doorstep before I even knew I needed them.

Zappos is awesome. I use it consistently, and have never had a less than perfect experience. Their products always come in great shape (never any wear and tear), they're delivered for free and almost always overnight, and best of all if you're not satisfied with the product, Zappos will pay for you to ship it back and give you a full refund. I love that there's no risk because it can be hard to tell if a shoe will fit well or not without trying it on.
Now that's what I call good service!

The home page on their web site is too busy; nevertheless, I found what I was looking for - a particular model of dance shoe - using the Search feature.

Ordering was easy, and due to a sale, the price was unbeatable. Add to that free and very fast shipping, and Zappo's turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

But then - woe - the shoes didn't fit. No problem! Using the web site's Customer Service section, I filled out a form, printed a UPS label, and shipped them back at no cost to me. At the same time, I placed another order for a different size.

My only complaint is that there's another shoe I also wanted, but Zappo's did not have my size available. But they do what they can - I put my name on a list to be notified if my size comes in stock.

I can only wish that all internet shopping was as satisfying as this. I have already referred some friends to Zappo's, and you can bet I'll be going back myself.

Zappos is a great store to look for shoes! They have a wide selection and offer great delivery (free sometimes) and great order accuracy. The website is slightly difficult to navigate through to find what you're looking for. Make sure you set the time away to browse through the pages and pages of shoes.

Excellent website, great selection, fast service, and free returns - just can't beat it. I have problems with finding just the right size shoe (wide feet) but was able to find shoes I love at Zappos.

WOW! FAST SHIPPING. This was my first time getting shoes online and I am very pleased with Zappos. I've been looking for a certain pair of shoes both online and in regular stores but I could not find the color and size I needed but on they had it!

I ordered the shoes on Saturday with free standard shipping- but they actual sent an email and said they upgraded the shipping to one-day shipping for free! I got my shoes before noon on Monday!

And they were the correct size and color so I am very pleased with this online store!

*UPDATE: I recently bought some new shoes again from Zappos.com; and again I am very pleased. This time, I bought a pair of Lakai Pioneer. The were shipped out very quickly, and tracking information was given immediately. Still one of the best online stores!

Hands down the best online retailer that there is, for price convenience and security. You get exactly what you ordered, actually, sometimes more, I wrote the wrong billing address, for my mistake it took two days for me to check my email and find this out. I called immediately and they corrected the issue, even more, for my mistake they upgraded my order to overnight at no extra charge to me and got my shoes the very next day. The best online shopping experience ever.
