Hands down the best online retailer that there is, for price convenience and security. You get exactly what you ordered, actually, sometimes more, I wrote the wrong billing address, for my mistake it took two days for me to check my email and find this out. I called immediately and they corrected the issue, even more, for my mistake they upgraded my order to overnight at no extra charge to me and got my shoes the very next day. The best online shopping experience ever.

I wear a hard to find size, and I have all kinds of problems with my feet, so it is getting close to impossible to find shoes in stores anymore! I was skeptical to order from Zappos since I had never heard of it, but after reading reviews on this site I decided I would try it. I found a HUGE selection of shoes at wonderful prices. Since they don't charge for shipping or sales tax, I ended up saving a few bucks on my shoes. I placed my first order and received it in just a few days!

None of the shoes I ordered were the right fit, so I just went online and went through Zappos.com's very easy return process. I placed another order to try some different shoes. The next morning I received an email from them saying that they had upgraded my free standard shipping to 1 Day Shipping---for FREE! They said it was just their way of saying "thank you" for being their customer.

I can't remember the last time I have had customer service that was this good. I love Zappos - I will never order shoes from anywhere else!!!

Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The website is well organized, there is excellent information regarding fit, etc. that is helpful with decision making, the selection is outstanding, delivery is prompt and returns couldn't be easier. This is the best shopping website I have ever used.

I've made many purchases from Zappos.com and have never been disappointed. They carry a huge selection of shoes in multiple sizes. I've never found an item to be out of stock. Shipping is free and deliveries are prompt. Your confirmation is emailed immediately and a tracking number soon follows.

After a frustrating experience with www.myshoestore.com that ultimately cancelled my order after a month, saying they could not get the shoes I wanted, I ordered the SAME shoes from Zappos late on a Friday night. I quickly received three emails from them - telling me they received the order, telling me it had been shipped and then the tracking number. Great communication! I checked the tracking number and by Saturday night, the package was in my town ready to be delivered. The weekend went by and on MONDAY, I received the shoes via UPS! Super service! I couldn't believe it!I wasted a month with the other website and then Zappo's delivered just like that! I will be telling all my friends about this site. FREE overnight delivery! AND the price was a couple dollars cheaper than the other site! And a 365 day return policy - you can't beat it! I chose Zappos because of the good reviews on Epinions and they were right on - I will be using Zappos again soon.

Zappos no longer honors their price guarantee. Their price was 30$ higher for a pair of boots I purchased than another online sight shoes.com that also offered free shipping. When I contacted Zappos today they said they no longer honor the price guarantee but when I bought the boots they were still advertising the price guarantee. This is false advertising.

Excellent store. Great selection. They shipped my shoes the day they received my order, and they arrived 2 days later. I am very pleased.

This is the one place i love to shop for shoes. Never have any problems with my buy. Very good selection and what most important costumer support!

How's this for delivery speed. I ordered my black Puma GV Specials on Wed night with normal (free) delivery, around 9 or 10 expecting to receive my new kicks MAYBE next Thurs. When I got home THE FOLLOWING DAY, my shoes were already here! To sweeten the deal even more, Zappo's told me they threw that in for FREE, as a thank you. No, thank YOU! I found these great shoes at a local retail store. I had to have them once I saw them, but they were $90,more than I had planned to spend. I slept on it for about a week and when I decided to go get them,they didn't have my size. When I inquired about when they could get my size, I catch attitude and basic uncaring. I've since vowed never to support that store, anyway, I couldn't find these shoes anywhere else. I looked online and found Zappo's. They had the shoes, in my size, and they were $30 LESS! They arrived exactly as pictured, exactly as ordered. I am extremely pleased, the shoes are great, comfortable shoes and I will definitely do business with Zappo's again!

I ordered a pair of Kenneth Cole shoes on Monday and had my shoes in my hands by Thursday. All I have to say is three cheers for Zappos.com!

The selection of shoes are overwhelming! But the website is organized so that you can sort by brand name, size, style.

I had to return my shoes to exchange it for another size. I checked the website for about two days and when I noticed that my shoes were not sent, I called and within in two days had my new shoes. The only reason why the new shoes were not shipped was because they were sold out.

They ever offer a 110% price protection policy!

Ordered BCBGirls dress shoes on January 21 and order was shipped a couple days later. It is now February 10 and I have yet to see a shipment. First time I called they said the drivers were delayed because of snow in the NE. Second time I called I was told it was b/c it was being shipped to a PO BOX (at this point it was 2 weeks after ship date and I have never had a problem with shipments to a PO Box) and they said to call in another week. A week later i called for the last time and was told the shipment was lost and there were no more shoes available in that size. I cancelled my order and will never shop there again.

By far, this is the best place to buy shoes. Their prices are reasonable and the products ship to your house within a few days. I ordered some brown dress boots and received them in 2 days!!! Originally they said that it would take 3-5 business days for them to arrive. However, they sent me an email that said that they were upgraded and would arrive in 1 day!!! When I got the boots they were wrapped in tissue paper and in excellent condition. The boots have lasted me a good couple of years so far and are still in excellent condition. My sister has also ordered shoes from Zappos.com and they were in excellent condition and arrived in 2 days. This website is very reliable.

Zappos failed to deliver the sandals I ordered. The shoes were returned automatically to them. And when I requested they send the pair to a different address, they say they no longer carry the shoes. What happened to the pair I sent back? I look online and the shoes most similar available online are now $40 more than the ones I ordered. Here's what they wrote:

Attempting to send another pair out to you, I learned that we no longer have the size 43 in Dark Brown Leather in the regular width. We do have that shoe in a narrow width. If that will work for you, or if you would like to reorder a different style you may simply place a new order.

I rarely shop anywhere other than Zappos these days for shoes. I have wide feet and I haven't found anywhere else that they offer such a large offering for people with my size of foot. And their shipping is phenomenal. I am usually upgraded to a faster method of shipping than I have paid for and the shoes usually arrive in just two days! Also, if I do have a problem, there is no charge for returns. Can't get better than that!

I recently had a bad experience with another retailer and was hesitant to shop online again. I was looking around the web for skate shoes and found Zappos. They have an excellent selection and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. After I ordered, Zappos was prompt with an automated e-mail informing me that they had upgraded my shipping to next day. Delivery was lightning fast as promised. The UPS man even hid the box behind my welcome mat. That's service! I would definitely order from Zappos again.
