We have ordered many lighting fixtures from Bellacor for our new home. I have had very positive experiences from the ease of ordering to delivery. Their website is extensive and has more products than I had imagined. Their pricing is excellent as well. I would highly recommend them for all internet purchases.

I had very specific needs for a particular light fixture, so I called to speak with one of the service representative. After answering all my questions, I ordered the light. Well, after I got the electrician here, we discovered the light would not work. In fact, what the representative had told me was just plain wrong. the light was too short and did not swivel, and I had specifically asked for a swivel light of a particular length.
When I called to complain, they did agree to pay for the return shipping and were very apologetic. I have ordered other items from them in the past and have not had a problem, but the delivery can be quite slow.
Ordered the Roman Column wine rack on December 1st for a holiday present. Was told it would take 4 -6 weeks for delivery. Inquired about my purchase January 6th and was then notified that the product was discontinued. Now I must begin my search again for a holiday gift. I think Bellacor had plenty of time to notify their customer and did not. Not impressed with their service. Will not shop here again and recommend others don't as well.

I placed an order on 8/14/04 for two bathroom light fixtures; and, then requested the order be cancelled the same day (via an email reply to my digital receipt and a voice message left on the customer service phone number outlined on their website). I asked for confirmation of this cancellation, but then left for vacaction. Not only did I return to find no cancellation confirmation, but the product was sitting on my doorstep.
I have since emailed and asked for an RMA number, and requested they pay for shipping and that I am NOT charged a restocking fee. No info yet.
(By the way, the order was placed on a Saturday -- and cancelled the same day. Their phone message stated they were closed on the weekend, so there's no reason the order should have been processed prior to the cancellation request!)
Don't be taken in by the free shipping & their claims of great customer service!! I purchased a lamp from them which took a month to be delivered (even though they advertise it would be shipped within 2 business days, then sent email confirmation it would be 2-4 weeks before it would be shipped), and now I would like to return it. Although I've sent two emails to & left one voicemail with Bellacor to request a return authorization, I still have received no acknowledgement of my contacts. I certainly won't do business with them again and will advise all my online-shopping friends to do the same!

Bellacor has terrible service in general. Their representative will tell you lies just to get rid of you. I place an order 10/9/04 which I'm still waiting for to be delivered. I have e-mailed several times hoping they would reply with an update to my order and I'm still waiting. I spoke to a representative almost 2 weeks ago and he told me the lamp had been shipped the previous day and that I would be receiving it with in 3 to 5 days. Today I called again and another representative told me they just received the lamp from the factory and they will be shipping it tomorrow. She wasn't even able to provide me with a tracking number for my order. This is the first and last time I will shop from their on-line store and I will advise everyone I know not to buy from them.

A great place to order lamps! Given the price, it was worth the wait to receive them. When I placed my order online for two lamps, the web site mentioned that I had an expected shipping date of 2 - 4 weeks. After one week, I wanted to check the status of my order online, only to see that there is no place on their web site to do this. I called customer service and they were nice and helpful when I gave them my order number. They told me exactly what their web site said, which is that the lamps would ship in 2 - 4 weeks. Less than a week later, the lamps showed up at my door step and were shipped directly from the manufacturer- not from Bellacor. The lamps look beautiful and given the price we got on them, it was definitely worth the wait!
My order came on time as promised. I thought the prices were good compared to others, and free shipping sealed the deal. I thought their site was very easy to find stuff on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for lamps.
I was searching online for a floor lamp for my bedroom. Since my bedroom doesn't have a light fixture, I needed a lamp fast. Many stores sold the lamp I wanted. Many stores sold this lamp for the same price, the problem was availability. I finally found a store that had the lamp. It was Bellacor. They said it could be delivered in 4 weeks or less. I guess I could wait. But that was the middle of March. And now it is the middle of May, and guess what, I still don't have a lamp. Today they told me that it should be in THEIR warehouse in a couple of days. Shouldn't it be at MY house by now? It only took them two days to bill my credit card!

I tried to order two bar stools from this company back in April. The order went through and was told product was shipping next day. I was surprised when they arrived because they sent the wrong stools!! They were not even close! I had to repackage everything and have them returned.
I called to confirm receipt of the stools--no problem. that was the first week of May. It is June 29, 2005, and I am still waiting for the correct stools for delivery. they were back ordered, and expected to ship first week of June....and still waiting.
I ordered these stools here because I could not locate anywhere else, but if they never arrive then what is the point????

Placed and order towards the end of June.. they over shot there 6 weeks by a landslide.. now claim they gave me the wrong info and item is back ordered... Also during that time item went on sale... I contacted them and at first they were not going to give me the sale price because I missed the end by less then a day.. I emailed them the night prior at 12:03 AM... they honored the price.. Nice people to talk to, but they can't get a handle on delivery times and certainly they should always honor the lowest price "while ya wait and wait and wait"......
Lamps were canceled by the manufacturer. I needed to call Bellecor to find out where my order was. Eventually I received a refund. They should have notified me that the lamps were discontinued. Read more

The order arrived quickly with no paperwork. After one phone call I was assured it could easily be returned. The experience with Bellacor was very good. The product was just a little cheap for the $600 price tag and the three shams for a king bed was not a good idea. It was "almost" good enough. Such a shame. Read more
