I could not believe that I was required to have my credit card bank change my address to the shipping address before you would fil my order. I have bought over $15,000 from you and if I had to change my adress every time I had something you sent to me as I am travelling is absolutlely crazy. The loss of the $2000 A/C purchase which would have been 1 of 3 or $6,000 may not be of any interest to you, but it was nice knowing you.

Received the item in 19 days, it went to another state, package was poorly packed and it was damaged, returned the package and they would not ship another item untill their claim was complete with FedX, this took another 16 days, they would not refund my money even after they had package back. When their claim was completed, I cancelled the order and did get my money refunded. I ordered the same item from another company and had delivery overnight at no charge. cancelled my account!

fine, except they did that annoying thing of confirming online transaction and then sending e-mail saying to call them. i do online transactions because i can't hear on the phone, so it's really annoying to then be told you haven't really done the transaction and will have to do it over again on the phone. they did that because they said billing address and delivery address didn't match. well, gee guys, do you really think i can have portapotty delivered to my p.o. box credit card billing address? and, my credit card co. has my street address, so there should have been no discrepancy in the first place. city people really have a problem with the p.o. box concept, don't they? even AT&T can't figure out how to address a bill properly to a p.o. box, and surely they must have a "professional" running their huge mail operation, so I guess little boater's world can be excused for not understanding the p.o. box concept very well, either.

Received order one dat sooner than requested. Order was processed very quickly as I requested on the phone. Sales rep did what they said they would do. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience.

I ordered thru Amazon & they sent wrong items. I had to return & reorder thru them direct. They sent the wrong items the 2nd time too. I returned them. But they only credited me for 4 of the 5 items. I sent them an email but they said they credited the full amount, which they didn't. Horrible seller. I'll never shop with them again.

This company advertises free shipping with purchases over $100.00. But will use any excuse to charge shipping any way. I don't do business with companies that don't stand be hehind their advertisments. Lamar Richardson Disatisfied customer.

I was told the item was "instock & reserved" I opted for 3 day delivery. I was told I would be sent an e-mail when order shipped. After 4 days I still had not received this shilling confirmation. I then called and was told the chair now was on back-order and it might be 4-6 weeks befor I received the order. No one even took the time to contact ne & inform me the chair was on back order. It went from "in-stock & reserved" to on back order. I needed the chair for a planned trip that week-end.
Overton's had the chair to me in three days... Can you possibly guess who I will do business with the next time I need to special order an item???

I ordered 2 fishing reels, not seeing them and knowing the actual sizes, when they came they were too big for my intended purposes, so I returned them. BoatersWorld.com made my exchange very easy and pleasant. They got the merchandise right back out to me. Thanks again.

Read the initial survey. The on-line process, telephone contact, and service was so poor / difficult that I cancelled the order and will only consider future business when a significant discount is involved.
