DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!Worst online & purchasing experience ever!! Poor customer service, you are dealing with someone on the other side of the world who cares zero about your order. After placing order and them guaranteeing when they would ship and paying extra for overnight delivery, I received messages that the order would ship within 1 business day. When I called to confirm, they didn't care about my shipping and tried to telemarket more services to me to guarantee that my original order would ship. Then I cancelled the order and they told me it would take 10-14 days to put the amount back on my card, which was a very large amount of money (in excess of $2,000)WORST EVER!!!!! How do they stay in business???

ONE OF THE WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCES.

In store purchases are OK unless you need to special order. Ordered a Life raft in Feb and didn't get delivery in store (East Coast USA) until late May. They never once called me to tell me it was in. I called several times and now I know it was in the store but nobody bothered to look when I called. Should have learned but since I had Capt Club points, used them to order a dock wheel. Called and they told me it was delivered to store (4 weeks later) but when I got there, it had not arrived and has been on back order for two weeks now. I WILL NEVER ORDER FORM BOATERS WORLD AGAIN!!!!!

I received a different item than what was pictured. I oredered a Kwik Tech Rescue Rope Throw Bag. After checking the manufacturers web site, the item may have been redesigned. I tried to order from Boater's World because I liked the old design better. Boater's World appears to have not updated their online picture. If I knew I would get the new version would have ordered it from another site for $5 to $10 cheaper. Trying to resolve the issue on the phone was a mess because 3/4 of the people I talked to did not speak English as their primary language. I eventually got a full refund, but it was not worth the hassle and I still do not have the item I want.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

Incompetent. Twice I have ordered an item and my order was cancelled. No call, no email, no nothing. Multiple calls to a variety of numbers provided no clarification on what was going on. Most of the time I could barely make out what they were saying. On one occasion I was going to make a phone order and the person wasn't going to tell me they don't give the same discounts for phone orders as they do for online orders.I think they advertise a bunch of stuff on their web site that they don't actually have. No wonder Ritz went bankrupt and had to sell liquidate their boaters world stores.

They have an "F" from the better business bureau for good reason!! Web site promised a gift certificate "right now" and I haven't recieved it for almost a month!! Rude customer service! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

I could not make my purchase because the check out process demanded that I go to a new screen and create a special password to use my mastercard. I did not want to do this. After a phone call, the person at Boater's World was completely clueless about this procedure and was of no help. I purchased my item elsewhere and will never try another purcahase with Boater's World again.

they sold me the product, then they sent only one piece and then they sent me an email saying that this combo was no longer available. it took multipule calls to even return a product that should not have been sent. if the products are not available they should take them off of their web site.

Had 3 different e-mails to call and confirm the order - then upon calling - sent to la-la land to wait and wait. Often after waiting a short while - call would drop.

Although Boaters world did what was expected, the merchandise was poorly assembled and when I called the company direct, their response was all we can do is fix it for you after you ship it back to us. I didn't spend $450 dollars on something to have it fixed.
