Ordered the item, was advised of 1 wk backorder. Received confirmation of order, name was spelled wrong so phone call needed to correct that. (name was clearly spelled to operator at time of order, operator difficult to understand due to foreign accent)Recontacted in 1 wk, was advised item still on backorder and 'customer service' was unable to provide any time frame and refused to check further and refused to connect/ forward me to a supervisor. Waited another week before item shipped/ arrived. No excuse for poor phone people. They represent the company and were very poor at doing so!

Had 3 different e-mails to call and confirm the order - then upon calling - sent to la-la land to wait and wait. Often after waiting a short while - call would drop.

I could not make my purchase because the check out process demanded that I go to a new screen and create a special password to use my mastercard. I did not want to do this. After a phone call, the person at Boater's World was completely clueless about this procedure and was of no help. I purchased my item elsewhere and will never try another purcahase with Boater's World again.

they sold me the product, then they sent only one piece and then they sent me an email saying that this combo was no longer available. it took multipule calls to even return a product that should not have been sent. if the products are not available they should take them off of their web site.

Seating and base look nice but over priced for what they are, and the description in your book is not correct. Your catalog lists the overall height as 31", "NOT SO". With the 16" base the overall height to the top of the seat is 35". You need to correct the overall dimentions in your catalog and on line. Also, in your catalog and on-line the picture of what I purchased shows the center sections of the seats and backrest to be rolled and pleated vinyl material, not so, what I got were all plain white vinyl seats. I would not buy these again and feel the item was misrepresented and over priced.

boxes were in rough shape. missing pieces . contacted boater's world live chat,they told me they would contact the warehouse and fix the problem which they did not follow through on. I had to do the leg work and contact thule about the problem myself.As far as the purchase they were great after the sale they dropped the ball big time.
